CONSUMABLE PACKAGE ASSEMBLY
20230234367 · 2023-07-27 ·

Provided is a consumable package assembly including a consumable container and an outer packaging portion. The consumable container includes a chip, and the outer packaging portion includes an accommodating portion for accommodating the consumable container. The outer packaging portion includes a first through hole configured to expose at least a part of the chip, and a second through hole configured to expose at least a part of the accommodating portion so as to position the consumable container. Operation to the chip on the consumable container can be performed without removing the outer packaging portion so as to avoid scrapping of the outer packaging portion, thereby reducing the procedures of the production or the reprocessing and resulting in lower cost and higher efficiency. The second through hole is configured to prevent the unfixed position of the consumable container in the outer packaging portion from resulting inaccurate operation to the chip.

OPTIMIZED SYSTEM, BOX AND BAG FOR PACKING, SHIPPING, STORING AND DISPLAYING PRODUCE

Produce boxes and bags for shipping produce, e.g., bananas, utilize ventilation structures that allow for ventilation therethrough. A method of assembling produce boxes provides for cutouts that serve as ventilation structures in the boxes. When the produce boxes are stacked such as on a shipping pallet, the ventilation structures allow for ventilation of through the stacked boxes. Produce may be packed in a bag, which is closed with a rip cord and inserted into a produce box. The rip cord may be accessed when the box is in a stack such as on a shipping pallet, such that the rip cord may be pulled thereby opening the bag, without removing the box from the stack.

LABEL FOR PACK

A reseal label for at least partially covering a pack for consumer goods includes a sheet of polymer material having a pull tab and one or more panels configured to at least partially cover the pack for consumable goods. The reseal label includes resealable adhesive on the pull tab, and permanent adhesive on one or more of the one or more panels to adhere to one or more walls of the pack.

Package with Stress-Relief Panels

A package made of a composite material is represented and described, including: a package base with two front base corners and with two rear base corners, a package gable with two front gable corners and with two rear gable corners, and a package base body with a front panel, a first side panel, a second side panel and a rear panel. The package base and the package gable are arranged on opposite sides of the package base body. The composite material has a polymer inner layer, a polymer outer layer and a fibrous support layer, which is arranged between the polymer outer layer and the polymer inner layer. In order to enable the manufacture of packages with even more complex geometries without impairing the rigidity of the package, it is proposed that the package base body has at least one stress-relief panel, which is arranged between the front panel and one of the two side panels.

Flat-Shaped Composite Material, Package Sleeve and Package with Stress-Relief Panels

A flat-shaped composite material is represented and described for manufacturing a package, including: a polymer outer layer, a polymer inner layer, a fibrous support layer, which is arranged between the polymer outer layer and the polymer inner layer. The flat-shaped composite material has a plurality of fold lines, which are arranged and designed such that a closed package can be manufactured by folding the flat-shaped composite material along the fold lines and by connecting seam surfaces of the flat-shaped composite material and a sleeve surface. The sleeve surface includes a front surface, a first side surface, a second side surface, a first rear surface and a second rear surface, and base surfaces. The base surfaces include triangular base surfaces, quadrangular base surfaces, and gable surfaces. The gable surfaces include triangular gable surfaces and quadrangular gable surfaces. The base surfaces and the gable surfaces are arranged on opposite sides of the sleeve surface. In order to enable the manufacture of packages with even more complex geometries without impairing the rigidity of the package, it is proposed that the sleeve surface has at least one stress-relief surface, which is arranged between the front surface and one of the two side surfaces. A package sleeve made of a composite material and a package manufactured from the composite material or from the package sleeve are also represented and described.

PRODUCT PACKAGE WITH INTERCHANGEABLE SLEEVES

Product packages and methods of reducing packaging waste arising from producing customized packages are disclosed. A plurality of trays are produced and a first batch of sleeves is produced corresponding to a first sleeve design, each sleeve of the first batch of sleeves being sized and shaped to be disposed about a respective one of the plurality of trays. Each sleeve of the first batch of sleeves is disposed about a respective one of the plurality trays to assemble a first plurality of packages. A second batch of sleeves is produced corresponding to a second sleeve design that is different from the first sleeve design, each sleeve of the second batch of sleeves being sized and shaped to be disposed about a respective one of the plurality trays. Each sleeve of the second batch of sleeves is disposed about a respective one of the plurality of trays to assemble a second plurality of packages.

PACKAGING WITH FLOATING BAND

Packaging may include a front box having a cavity to receive a product, a rear box coupled to the front box in a closed position, and a floating band to be slid around the front box and the rear box, thereby maintaining the front and rear box in a closed configuration. The band may be positioned with features such as folded protrusions with corresponding folded protrusions provided on the front box or the rear box.

PACKING BOX AND CARDBOARD STRUCTURE

The present disclosure relates to a packing box and a cardboard structure. The packing box includes: a box body, which further includes a bottom, a side wall and a containing space; the side wall connects to the bottom, and the containing space is formed by the bottom and the side wall; a carrying structure, positioned in the containing space; the carrying structure, including connecting parts and buffer parts, connects to the side wall with a bendable connection in one-piece structure; the buffer part is connected to both ends of the connecting part along the second direction, and the carrying structure is connected to the side wall through the connecting part; the buffer part is connected to the connecting part with a bendable connection, the buffer part abuts against the side wall with deformation; and the effective space inside the box changes with the deformation of the buffer part.

CONTAINER AND CONTAINER BLANKS WITH INTEGRAL RETRACTABLE POURING SPOUT
20230227204 · 2023-07-20 · ·

A container, formed from a container blank, for containing therein a dispensable material of variety of form, has a plurality of panels. A first panel has severance lines that upon application of pressure disengage to create an integral spout for dispensing of the material. Opening and closing of the container is each via easy application of minimal force causing the spout to open or close as needed. The initial opening of the spout severs the severance lines that form the spout. Thereafter the spout may be open or closed upon proper application of pressure around folding lines of the container.
