Described herein are embodiments of a yarn-carrying and dispensing apparatus. The embodiments described allow knitters to easily transport, carry and use balls of yarn for knitting and other knitting materials. The embodiments prevent the ball of yarn from rolling away or getting tangled or intertwined. The embodiments also easily and smoothly dispense the yarn, making the knitting more efficient and easier for the knitter. The embodiments provide additional elements to accommodate a knitter: (i) a ruler allowing, for example, to measure a knitting sampler; (ii) a needle gauge and needle openings, allowing, for example, to measure the size of a needle; and (3) an insert allowing, for example, to hold one or more balls of yarn.

A confectionery product comprising of a layer of gummy confectionery, made up of one or more sections, which coat a non-edible object or container. This container is purposed to house a children's toy and support the layer of confectionery. Methods of preparing the confectionery-coated object also are provided.

Package of a food product comprising a container and a sealing foil connected to the mouth edge of the container and a tool for picking the product, fixed to the surface of the sealing foil, wherein the sealing foil has a surface of thermoplastic plastic material, the tool is a flattened body of cellulosic or wood-cellulosic material, shaped like a spatula, and is fixed to said surface of the sealing foil by ultrasound welding, in the absence of an added adhesive material, along a section of a creasing line generated on the surface of the tool by the sonotrode during the welding process.

Containers for holding particulate materials are provided. The containers may be formed from molded pulp. The containers may included molded pulp shaped or threaded features formed integrally on the container that may aid in providing closure to the device. The containers may optionally include a fitment and/or liner, or may be free of fitments and liners. The containers may optionally have inner load bearing members. The containers may be stackable.

Apparatus for agitation of liquid and powder mixtures. The apparatus includes a vessel combining a tapered annular side wall of the body of the vessel, an angled top inner surface of the cap portion which creates greater turbulence, and a particular length to average diameter ratio. The interruption of currents to create shear, turbulence and eddy currents of the liquid within the vessel provides greater mixing of the powder within the liquid.

A container system, including a base with a rim having a pair of protrusions on opposite sides of the base extending into the base; and a lid having a peripheral outer rim. The lid includes a pair of partial peripheral troughs positioned radially inward of the outer rim, ends of the partial peripheral troughs being spaced apart to form a pair of peripheral gaps on opposite sides of the lid to receive the pair of protrusions of the base to attach the lid to the base. The lid has a hinge about which the lid folds as a first part of the lid is lifted to provide access to the interior volume of the base while a second part of the lid on an opposite side of the hinge remains attached to the base.

A bowl assembly includes a main bowl having a spherical outer surface, a removable median extension having a spherical outer surface and a lid having a protruding grip profile. The main bowl is made of an opaque plastic material in the form of a spherical zone having a silicone sealant applied to a bottom of the main bowl to ensure stability of the bowl assembly during use and which is provided at a top with four “L” shaped grooves. The removable median extension is open at a top and a bottom thereof is attached to the main bowl and is made of transparent plastic. A housing includes: a housing body that contains at least one electromechanical or mechanical component, the housing body including a front plate and a pair of side plates, the plates being connected to a bottom plate in such a manner that the housing body includes an opening; a cover for closing the opening; and a gasket interposed between an edge portion of the housing body and an edge portion of the cover to tightly close an inside of the housing body. An edge portion of each of the side plates has a curved shape.

A container with a selectively openable cover to selectively allow access to one or more compartments is disclosed.
