BIODEGRADABLE CONTAINER FOR SOLID PRODUCTS
A biodegradable container for use with solid products such as deodorant or antiperspirant is disclosed. The container includes a body having a sidewall, a bottom end, a top end, and an opening at the top end. The deodorant is placed within a chamber formed by the sidewall. The sidewall includes a set of rings of circumferential perforations, the rings being located at intervals between the top end and the bottom end. A wax base seals the bottom end of the body, and a cap closes the top end of the body. The deodorant is exposed by shortening the height of the body by tearing off the top of the body at a ring of circumferential perforations. The container body, the wax base, and the cap are made of biodegradable or recycled materials.
CONTAINER WITH BOTTOM CRADLE
A disposable container includes a single headed can body, a closure coupled to the can body and a cradle. The single headed can body includes a generally convex base and a generally cylindrical sidewall defining an open end. The can body convex base and can body sidewall are unitary. The closure is coupled to the can body open end. The disposable cradle is coupled to the can body convex base.
Sound device for beverage container
A sound producing beverage container including a top surface having an opening in the surface initially sealed with a closure. The sound producing beverage container includes a reed assembly mounted to the top surface. The reed assembly includes a substantially flat reed having opposing leading and trailing reed edges. The reed assembly includes a bridge disposed adjacent the reed. The bridge includes opposing leading and trailing bridge edges and a bulge in the bridge along the leading edge of the bridge, the bulge extending away from the reed. A portion of the leading edge of the reed is disposed between the container top surface and the bridge. A gas moving along the device surface toward the leading edge of the bridge may be directed toward the leading edge of the reed and across the reed leading edge causing the reed to vibrate, the vibration producing a vibratory sound.
Tamper-evident container
A tamper-evident container including: a container body having a first hollow convex loop on a periphery of an opening thereof; and a lid having a second hollow convex loop and a force application structure, where the second hollow convex loop is used to engage with the first hollow convex loop, and a loop-shaped breakable line is provided on a loop-shaped top surface of the second hollow convex loop; where, when an illegitimate user applies a lifting force on any local area of the second hollow convex loop of the lid to make the local area moving upward with a displacement exceeding a threshold, a corresponding local area of the loop-shaped breakable line will be broken to show that the tamper-evident container has been tampered with.
Vessel and System for Reducing Packaging Waste
A system for holding and dispensing a movable substance such as a personal care products. The system includes a thin-walled vessel for holding the substance having a support formed about an upper end thereof and a deformable lateral wall. Further included is a vessel housing having an upwardly facing opening and a dispenser to convey the substance from the vessel. A dispenser retainer engages the housing and retains the dispenser within the vessel interior. The vessel housing or the dispenser is configured to contact the support so as avoid or lessen deformation of the lateral wall upon actuation of the dispenser.
Control of bubble size in a carbonated liquid
Cans, bottles and/or other containers used to hold a carbonated beverage can include internal features to promote and/or control bubble formation.
PRESERVING CAN WITH A LIQUID DRAINAGE OPENING
A preserving can including a tubular body having two opposite ends closed respectively by a lower lid and an upper lid, the upper lid having a removable upper part having a surface area at least greater than 90% of a surface area of the upper lid in order to be able to empty food from the can, and the lower lid having a removable lower part delimited by a lower rupture starter line and provided with a lower opening member, the removable lower part having at least one long and linear main section having a width with a value of less than or equal to 3 millimetres and a length having a value of greater than or equal to 10 millimetres, in order to be able to drain a liquid juice from the can prior to emptying food therefrom.
SINGLE-SERVING SELF-PIERCING POD FOR LIQUID AND POWDERED AND GRANULAR BEVERAGE CONCENTRATES
A single-serving capsule holding liquid and powdered beverage concentrates and dispensing systems/machines related thereto. The capsule is self-piercing and does not require a mechanical device to create water fluid inlet and fluid outlet openings in the capsule. The capsule can be used to make both hot and cold beverages.
Flavoring dispenser for a beverage container
A flavor dispenser adapted to be attached to the top of a beverage container, for example a beer can, is provided. The flavor dispenser includes one or more easily fillable flavor containers, and passages that allow the one or more flavorings to be mixed with the beverage by the user and discarded with the beverage container.
Single-serve liquid coffee concentrate
A system for preparing an individual serving of coffee using a liquid coffee concentrate includes a sealed container containing an amount of liquid coffee concentrate for the preparation of an individual serving of coffee. The system may include a coffee maker operable to prepare a single serving of coffee from the liquid coffee concentrate contained in the sealed container, the coffee maker including a coffee maker recess for receiving the sealed container, a needle for piercing an entrance hole in an upper portion of the sealed container while the sealed container is in the coffee maker recess, a water conduit by which water from a water source flows into the sealed container through the entrance hole, and a heater for heating the water. The system may include an adapter for receiving the sealed container and positioning the sealed container in the coffee maker recess.
