Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a bin riser positionable between different types of shipping bins to enable these shipping bins to stably stack atop one another in a way that inhibits an adjacent stack of shipping bins from toppling over during transit.
HYGIENIC PALLET AND METHODS OF USE AND MANUFACTURE
A hygienic pallet suitable for use in food manufacturing is formed of a food-grade material. The pallet comprises a load supporting surface extending between pallet edges. The pallet also comprises support lips that extend upward and away from the load supporting surface and in a direction away from a pallet edge. At least two support lips can be separated to form a channel between chamfered edges of the support lips. The support lips support molds or other objects on the load supporting surface during movement of the pallet, while the channels facilitate removal of debris and liquid during use or cleaning of the pallet. The pallet further comprises a section divider that divides stacking sections of the load supporting surface. Stackable molds for food manufacturing can be placed within the stacking areas to transport the mold stacks. A method of manufacturing the hygienic pallet comprises rotational molding.

RECYCLABLE SHIPPING CRATE
A shipping crate is provided having multiple walls. In each wall, a first wall layer has sides and a first thickness and a second wall layer has sides extending past each of the sides of the first wall by the first thickness. The crate also has a back panel having a first back panel layer and at least a partial second back panel layer. The first back panel layer has sides and a thickness substantially similar to the first thickness and the second back panel layer extends past each of the sides of the first back panel layer by the first thickness. When assembled, the first wall layers of each of the walls combine to form a post and lintel assembly. The second wall layers of each of the plurality of walls combine to form a second post and lintel assembly distinct from the first post and lintel assembly.
Integrated shipping ramp for multi-package unit loads
An integrated shipping ramp for multi-package unit loads including a ramp portion configured to guide an upper package down from atop a lower package; and a lower package attachment portion comprising a corner board for insertion into a cavity of the lower package, wherein inserting the corner board into the cavity of the lower package secures the lower package attachment portion to the lower package, wherein in a shipping configuration the ramp portion is integrated with a multi-package unit load comprising the upper package and the lower package, and wherein in a dismounting configuration the ramp portion provides an inclined platform from a top of the lower package to a height below the top of the lower package.
