Synthetic resin container
A synthetic resin container has an outer layer body and an inner layer body and formed by biaxial stretching blow molding. The synthetic resin container has a cylindrical mouth portion, a shoulder portion located below the mouth portion and having a diameter gradually increasing downward, a body portion being continuous with a lower end of the shoulder portion, and a bottom portion configured to close a lower end of the body portion. The mouth portion has an outside air introduction port configured to introduce outside air between the outer layer body and the inner layer body, and the shoulder portion has at least one shoulder rib forming a concave or convex shape and extending from the mouth portion side to the body portion side.
Multi piece fitment for a fluid container
This disclosure relates generally to a containment system for containing a fluid. More specifically, the disclosure relates to a fitment for attaching a liner within a container and providing a fluid path from the liner to an outside of the containment system. The liner and at least a part of the fitment provide the wetted surfaces for the containment system, while the fitment has a portion that can be joined to an outer container that, for example, provides rigidity and light protection. The fitment may be a two-piece fitment with a liner fitment to which the liner may be joined, and a retainer that may be joined to a container, where the liner fitment and the retainer are joined to one another, for example by a mechanical connection. The liner and liner fitment may be fluoropolymers or other non-reactive polymers. The container and retainer may be UV-blocking polymers.
COMBINATION SET OF ECO-FRIENDLY ECYCLING BEVERAGE CONTAINER
A combination set of eco-friendly recycling beverage container includes a container unit and a recycling storage unit. The container unit includes a soft part that has softness that folds and bends more easily than plastic or glass and stores a beverage therein, an inlet support part coupled around a beverage outlet at an upper end of the soft part, and a bottom support part coupled to a lower end of the soft part. The recycling storage unit is configured to accommodate and bind the container unit, the recycling storage unit having a multi-stage overlapping structure in which an overall height is reduced depending on a degree of reduced amount of the beverage contained in the container unit.
LINER FOR AN OVERPACK ASSEMBLY
An overpack assembly and a method of making an overpack assembly is disclosed. The overpack assembly includes a liner positioned within an overpack. In one embodiment, the method includes making a liner including providing a first sheet including a fitment positioned over a second sheet, the first sheet attached to the second sheet along an attachment seam at an entire perimeter edge. The first sheet is pulled apart from the second sheet at a center of the liner, forming a three-dimensional liner with triangular wings. A vertical seam is formed across each triangular wing, the vertical seam being perpendicular to the attachment seam, where a length of the vertical seam corresponds to the height of the liner when in use. The liner is positioned within the overpack.

A pharmaceutical container of the present invention is a pharmaceutical container including at least a container and a coating layer, and is characterized that the coating layer is coated on at least an inner surface of the container and the coating layer contains a silicone-based resin.
ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE REMOTE PLASMA CVD DEVICE, FILM FORMATION METHOD, AND PLASTIC BOTTLE MANUFACTURING METHOD
A plasma CVD device which comprises a substrate having a three-dimensional shape such as that of a bottle and which can form a coating on the surface of various substrates under atmospheric pressure, and a coating forming method are provided. This atmospheric pressure remote plasma CVD device is provided with a dielectric chamber which has a gas inlet, an inner space and a plasma outlet, and a plasma generation device which generates plasma in the inner space. The plasma outlet is provided with a nozzle that has an opening area smaller than the average cross-sectional area of the cross-sections perpendicular to the direction of gas flow in the inner space.
FLASK WITH ATTACHED TUMBLERS
A transportable flask. The transportable flask includes a bottle, where the bottle is configured to hold a liquid beverage. The transportable flask also includes a cap, where the cap is configured to attach to the bottle and prevent removal of the liquid beverage when in position. The transportable flask further includes a first cup, where the first cup is releasably attached to the bottle and a second cup, where the second cup is releasably attached to the cap.
