Apparatus and method for multipurpose wine preparation device
A system and method for a multipurpose wine preparation device to facilitate pouring a wine from a wine bottle is provided. The body of the multipurpose wine preparation device has an inlet portion and an outlet portion. The inlet portion is configured to slidably engage into an opening of the wine bottle. The inlet portion has an inlet channel that extends therethrough. The outlet portion is defined by a first outlet at a first outward orientation; a second outlet at a second outward orientation, wherein the second outward orientation opposes the first outward orientation; a first outlet channel extending from a proximal end of the outlet portion to the first outlet; and a second outlet channel extending from the proximal end of the outlet portion to the second outlet, wherein the first outlet channel and the second outlet channel are in fluid communication with the inlet channel of the inlet portion of the body. During a wine pour, the wine pours out of the first outlet from the first outlet channel when the first outward orientation is downward, and wherein a continuous flow of air enters into the second outlet channel from the second outlet when the second outward orientation is upward during the wine pour of the wine.

BASKET FOR JAR
A basket member is provided that may be secured within the mouth of a jar. The basket member may sit between the lip of the jar and a lid enclosure. A packet (e.g., humidity control, oxygen removal, humidity removal) may be placed in the basket, thus keeping it separate from the jar contents. A lid member may be threadedly engaged with the jar member when the basket member is secured within the jar member.

COLD INSULATION TOOL
Provided is a cold insulation tool capable of easily producing ice slurry. The cold insulation tool includes an outer casing that is provided to accommodate a tubular storage container filled with a beverage, a heat exchange unit that is detachably provided in the outer casing, and a stimulating unit that increases a surface area of at least a part of a gas-liquid interface of the beverage, in which the heat exchange unit includes a heat-storage material having a predetermined melting point, and a filling portion that has an internal space for filling with the heat-storage material liquid-tightly, and the melting point of the heat-storage material is lower than 0.2 C.
Articles and methods for forming liquid films on surfaces, in devices incorporating the same
Embodiments described herein relate to articles and methods for forming liquid surface films on the interior surfaces of containers for holding one or more products comprising one or more Bingham plastic materials. Bingham plastic materials behave as a solid under no or low shear stress, and behave as viscous liquids when an applied shear stress exceeds a yield stress. In some embodiments, a container for containing a product includes an interior surface and a liquid disposed on the interior surface. Before introduction of a product into a container, the liquid may be surrounded by air. The liquid-air interface in contact with the interior surface makes a contact angle, .sub.os(a), with respect to the interior surface of the container, of about 0. After a product has been introduced to the container, the liquid is at least partially covered by the product. The liquid-product interface in contact with the interior surface, makes a contact angle, .sub.os(p), with respect to the interior surface, of less about 60. The subscript o denotes the liquid, subscript s denotes the interior surface, subscript a denotes air, and subscript p denotes a product. In some embodiments, the contact angle .sub.os(p) can be less than about 50, less than about 40, or less than about 30.
