Methods and compositions for dosing in adoptive cell therapy
Provided are methods for administering multiple doses of cells, such as T cells, to subjects for cell therapy. Also provided are compositions and articles of manufacture for use in the methods. The cells generally express recombinant receptors such as chimeric receptors, e.g., chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) or other transgenic receptors such as T cell receptors (TCRs). The methods generally involve administering a first and at least one consecutive dose of the cells. Timing of the doses relative to one another, and/or size of the doses, in some embodiments provide various advantages such as lower or reduced toxicity and improved efficacy, for example, due to increased exposure of the subject to the administered cells. In some embodiments, the first dose is a relatively low dose, such as one that reduces tumor or disease burden, thereby improving the efficacy of consecutive or subsequent doses, and the consecutive dose is a consolidating dose.
Bundle-drop roller
Embodiments are directed to improving transportation of tubular structures. A roller may have a housing having a vertical axis and one or more upper flanges. The one or more upper flanges may have an upper surface that is transverse and non-perpendicular to the vertical axis of the housing. Optionally, the upper surface may be curved. The roller may have one or more wheels that are rotatably coupled to the housing and that extend downward from the housing.

Multi-compartment container holder
A multi-compartment insulated container holder includes a body with an upper section for a beverage container or vessel and a lower section configured for receiving a personal item, such as a smokeless tobacco product container. The upper and lower sections are magnetically connected. The upper and lower sections include sidewall extensions with alignment faces, which align upper and lower magnets with the container holder in a closed configuration. The lower section includes multiple pillar wedges in radially-spaced relation on an inner perimeter of a lower section sidewall. The pillar wedges are configured for engaging and releasably retaining a cylindrical container in the lower section compartment.
TOOL HOLDING SYSTEM, METHOD AND DEVICE WITH COVER SHEET
A tool holding system and device includes a tool holder having a primary storage compartment for removably holding one or more tools, a secondary storage compartment for receiving a parts bin and a cover pouch for holding a cover sheet.

ACCESSORY CASE
A case includes a first housing portion, a second housing portion, a first auxiliary structure, and a second auxiliary structure. The second housing portion is movably coupled to the first housing portion and cooperates with the first housing portion to define a storage space. The first auxiliary structure is disposed on one of the first housing portion and the second housing portion. The second auxiliary structure is disposed on one of the first housing portion and the second housing portion. The first auxiliary structure is a foot disposed on and extending from an exterior surface of the first housing portion. The foot is configured to abut a workpiece to orient the workpiece in at least one preset angle relative to the first housing portion. The second auxiliary structure is a recess.
