FLEXIBLE PACKAGING WITH INTERNAL RELEASE
The invention comprises a package for reactive materials comprising a panel defining a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and at least two side edges. The panel comprises at least one film layer, an adhesive adjacent the film layer, wherein the adhesive is pattern applied such that it is disposed within an interior region of the film layer and wherein a perimeter of the film layer is adhesive-free adjacent each of the first end, second end, and side edges, and a release liner comprising a substrate layer and a cured silicone layer. The release liner is adhered to the film layer via the adhesive, the substrate layer of the release liner is disposed adjacent the film layer, and a perimeter of the release liner is smaller than the perimeter of the film structure. In an embodiment, the panel comprises a tubular body and the side edges are sealed together to form a fin seal, the first end is sealed closed to form an end seal, and the second end is sealed closed to form an end seal.
CONTAINER FOR STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS
A bag or bag-like transport container or delivery container that can provide a high degree of thermal insulation. More particularly, the disclosed invention relates to an improved container for storage and transportation of goods that comprises a bag-like or box-like container that can be hand-held and that can provide good thermal insulation. The disclosed invention seeks to provide an improved corrugated sheet container and provides a system having first and second cellulose fiber bag-like elements, at least one of which is provided with a surface metallization treatment whereby to provide beneficial thermal characteristics.
WOVEN PLASTIC BAGS WITH ANGLED AND/OR RADIAL CUTS
A woven plastic bag having features that further prevent leakage of contents out of the bag, or infestation of organisms into the contents of the bag is provided. In various aspects the bag can be fabricated from a woven polymer layer and a film layer, can form a pinch bottom bag, and can have one or both sides include graphics and/or printing. The bag can also provide a top end and/or a bottom end either or both of which provide a discrete area which may contain discrete graphics and/or printing. The bag can have an end with a step cut configuration, wherein the step cut configuration includes one or more angled and/or radial cuts between separations.
Laminated Body and Packaging Bag
A laminated body includes an innermost layer including a sealant formed of a polyethylene-based resin, and a second layer formed of a polyethylene-based resin. The second layer is formed of a biaxially stretched polyethylene-based resin film. The second layer is joined adjacent to the innermost layer via an adhesive layer. At least one member of a packaging bag is formed of the laminated body.
Low cost insulated carrying bag
An insulated carrying bag comprising: a. a multilayer first panel comprising a top free edge, a bottom edge, a first side edge a second side edge, a strengthened section comprising strengthening material, and a holding aperture positioned in the strengthened section; b. a multilayer second panel comprising a top free edge, a bottom edge, a first side edge and a second side edge, a strengthened section comprising strengthening material, and a holding aperture positioned in the strengthened section; and c. a multilayer bottom panel comprising a front edge and a back edge, the first panel first side edge being connected to the second panel first side edge along the two edges, the first panel second side edge being connected to the second panel second side edge along the two edges, the first panel bottom edge being connected to the front edge of the bottom panel along the edges, and the second panel bottom edge being connected to the back edge along the edges, wherein the connected first panel, second panel and bottom panel form a compartment accessible through the top free edges of the first and second panels, and the layers of the first panel, second panel and bottom panel comprise an insulating thermoplastic layer and a vapor barrier layer, and the first and second panels additionally comprise a layer of the strengthening material.
MOLD INHIBITOR BAG
Methods of producing a bag for a feed product involve providing a multi-layered substrate, which includes one or more polymers. The method also involves extruding a polymer film onto a surface of the substrate to form an elongated sheet. The polymer film can include a mold inhibitor. The method further involves slicing the elongated sheet into smaller, individual sheets and joining pairs of the individual sheets together along a periphery thereof to form the bag configured to receive the feed product. The polymer film can line the inner surface of the finished bag.
WOVEN PLASTIC BAGS WITH FEATURES THAT REDUCE LEAKAGE, BREAKAGE, AND INFESTATIONS
A woven laminated plastic bag having features that further prevent leakage of contents out of the bag, or infestation of organisms into the contents of the bag is provided. In various aspects the bag can be fabricated from woven polypropylene and/or polyethylene layer which can be laminated with a film layer, can form a pinch bottom bag, and can have one or both sides include graphics and/or printing. The bag can also provide a top end and/or a bottom end either or both of which provide a discrete area which may contain discrete graphics and/or printing.
Re-closable paper-based package
A bag including: a first side panel having a pair of first side panel transverse edges and a first side panel interior facing surface; a closure opposite the bottom, wherein the closure releasably connects the first side panel to a second side panel. The closure includes: a first flexible angle. The first flexible angle includes a first interior part joined to the first side panel inside of the interior volume and a first exterior part extending from the first interior part and outside of the interior volume. The closure includes a repositionable pressure sensitive adhesive that releasably engages the first exterior part to the second side panel interior facing surface. A free flange extends from the first exterior part. The free flange is devoid of the repositionable pressure sensitive adhesive. The first side panel and the second side panel are more than about 80% by weight paper.
Sheet material container
The present invention provides a sheet material container being made of a sheet material and including a body portion and a bottom portion that is to be disposed on a placement surface, and the sheet material including a plurality of film layers. A body portion sheet that constitutes the body portion includes a bonding portion where peripheral edge portions of the sheet materials are bonded. In a bottom surface sheet that constitutes the bottom portion, a non-adhesive region is provided in the plurality of film layers. The non-adhesive region forms a bottom filler-filled portion. The bottom filler-filled portion extends annularly around a non-filled portion, and includes at least three protruding leg portions that are to be placed on the placement surface so as to allow the container to stand by itself. The protruding leg portions protrude toward the placement surface past other portions in the bottom filler-filled portion due a leg forming portion.
