SEALABLE WAVE BAG ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATED VENTING
A plastic material wave bag assembly having a sheet-like first side panel and a sheet-like second side panel oriented in opposed congruent relationship to one another when in a folded condition. The wave bag assembly includes a single use closure adhesive strip disposed and oriented primarily laterally across an interior wall of the upper panel section of the first side panel at a location below the handle apertures. The closure adhesive strip is configured to selectively close and maintain the upper panel sections in a closed condition while the remaining portions of the first and second side panels are maintained in the receiving condition. The closure adhesive strip includes opposed closure adhesive strip distal ends formed and dimensioned to terminate proximate to a respective corner intersection such that at least one vent passage is formed between a corresponding closure adhesive strip distal end, in the closed condition, and the corresponding upper side edge end portion of the side edge of the first and second side panels. The vent passage is of a lateral dimension sufficiently large to enable the venting of steam while being sufficiently small to prevent the passage of a human hand therethrough.
MULTI-COMPARTMENT RESEALABLE STORAGE BAG
A multi-compartment resealable storage bag including a number of storage compartments. Each storage compartment has a front portion, a back portion, a first side panel positioned to connect a first side of the front portion to a first side of the back portion; a second side panel positioned to connect a second side of said front portion to a second side of said back portion, a front portion opening end and a rear portion opening end configured to cooperate to define a sealable access opening. At least an adjacent two of the storage compartments share one of the panels. Resealable closures are configured to sealably close the sealable access opening.
Methods and Apparatus for Automated Food Preparation
Methods and apparatus for automatically preparing food for consumption in which preparation comprises dispensing, manipulation, heating, and other operations using a wide variety of ingredients. The methods and apparatus described use ingredients efficiently and maintain their quality, while avoiding contact between ingredients and apparatus to minimize the risk of system contamination.
Package with compartments and method of forming it
A package in the form of a pouch comprises a first flexible sheet part 6 and a second flexible sheet part 7. The pouch comprises a first permanent seal 14 between the first sheet part 6 and the second sheet part 7 along a first edge 12 of the pouch. The pouch comprises a second permanent seal 15 between the first sheet part 6 and the second sheet part 7 along a second edge 13 of the pouch opposite to the first edge 12. The pouch comprises a first temporary seal 16 between the first sheet part 6 and the second sheet part 7, the first temporary seal 16 extending across the pouch between the first permanent seal 14 and the second permanent seal 15. The pouch comprises a second temporary seal 17 between the first sheet part 6 and the second sheet part 7, the second temporary seal 17 extending across the pouch between the first permanent seal 14 and the second permanent seal 15. The pouch comprises a first compartment 20 bounded by the first sheet part 6, the second sheet part 7, the first permanent seal 14, the second permanent seal 15 and the first temporary seal 16 and a second compartment 21 bounded by the first sheet part 6, the second sheet part 7, the first permanent seal 14, the second permanent seal 15, the first temporary seal 16 and the second temporary seal 17.
PACKAGED PRE-SOAKED GRILLING PLANKS
A grilling plank assembly includes a substantially liquid impervious bag, a grilling plank positioned within the bag, a soaking liquid positioned within the bag of a quantity to substantially immerse the plank therein, and the bag having a rupturable seal to secure the plank and liquid therein and to enable selective opening to remove the plank therefrom and thereafter resealing of the bag. The bag may be provided with more than one planks, with separator devices separating the planks within the bag.
ENVELOPE-SHAPED POCKET IN GIFT BAG
A gift bag having an envelope-shaped pocket therein for transporting and presenting an envelope, card, or other merchandise with the gift bag is provided. The pocket may be integrally formed with the gift bag, or at least partially formed from a separately attached piece, and may be positioned at various locations within the bag. The pocket may also be formed to look like an envelope.
Mixing pouch with liquid and powder compartments
A mixing pouch forms a packaging product that includes a first compartment containing a supply of a liquid ingredient and a second compartment that contains a supply of a powdered ingredient with a breakable seal between the two compartments to separate the two ingredients. Rupturing the breakable seal creates a common interior cavity and allows the mixing of the two ingredients to create a mixed product. One end of the mixing pouch is formed with a dispenser through which the mixed product is dispensed for use. An apparatus, such as a positionable clamp or an adhesive strip on the exterior of the mixing pouch, can reduce the size of the common interior cavity to facilitate the dispensing of the mixed product. Preferably, the mixing pouch is a flexible plastic member having a dispensing end formed with a channel closed by a tear-away portion.
BREAST MILK COLLECTION SYSTEM WITH BAG ATTACHMENT
A breast milk collection system includes a storage bag and at least one coupling member formed separately from the storage bag and defining a first side and a second side. The storage bag includes a storage chamber, a closure strip for selectively closing the storage chamber, two bag flaps each extending away from the closure strip, and two coupling components each coupled to a different one of the two bag flaps. Each of the two coupling components includes a plurality of flap protuberances. The first side of the at least one coupling member includes a plurality protuberances extending therefrom, and the second side of the at least one coupling member is at least partially covered with adhesive for selective application of the at least one coupling member to a breastpump apparatus. At least one of the two coupling components selectively couples with the at least one coupling member.
DUAL COMPARTMENTED POUCH AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME
A method for making said flexible includes forming a flexible pouch having an open top. A dividing seal extends from the open top to the bottom of the pouch so as to define two pouch openings and two pouch spaces. Substances are introduced into the pouch spaces by a first nozzle and a second nozzle inserted into a respective first space and second space and filling the pouch body through the first and second nozzle.
PADDED STORAGE CONTAINER
Implementations of a padded storage container are provided. In some implementations, the padded storage container may include a plurality of padded expandable interior storage compartments, each of which is configured to receive one or more objects therein. In some implementations, the padded storage container may comprise a front wall, a rear wall, a first side wall and a second side wall, a first interior wall and a second interior wall, a bottom wall, an opening used to access the interior storage compartments, and a closure flap to close the opening. In some implementations, the side walls and/or the bottom wall of a padded storage container may be pleated (e.g., accordion pleats). In this way, the padded storage container and its interior storage compartments may be expanded to receive objects therein and/or collapsed to allow for the easy storage of the padded storage container.
