Hermetically sealed flat containers for containing loose materials in liquid, pasty, granular, or powder form

A hermetically sealed flat container for containing loose materials may include: first and second flexible sheet elements, having polygonal shape, which are coupled together by welds formed along a perimeter of their polygonal shape, to define a volume for containing the materials. The perimeter may define a plurality of edges, one edge forming a bearing edge for the container to rest upon a base. The bearing edge may progressively reduce its transverse dimensions toward one end such that, when the bearing edge rests on the base, a weight-force component of the materials applied to the bearing edge causes a reaction that causes the bearing edge to retract into the volume and imparts vertical stability to the container. The container further comprises a strip of stiffening material attached to the first and second flexible sheet elements, the strip spaced from the bearing edge except for end portions of the strip.

The present invention is directed to a method of incrementally stretching polymeric film formed from a blown film extrusion process. The present invention is further directed to a polymeric bag formed from an incrementally stretched polymeric film. The incremental stretching is performed on a collapsed polymeric bubble via a pair of intermeshing rollers. The incrementally stretched polymeric film may be stretched only along a portion of its width. The polymeric bag may be a drawstring trash bag with an extended hem where only the extended hem of the bag or the body of the bag comprises incrementally stretched polymeric film.

A full recycling environmental protection packaging structure applied to express deliveries, postal services and logistics and made of a planar structure of paper. The packaging structure includes a first surface and a protecting layer overlapped on the surface. The protecting layer includes at least one layer of liner which is a three-dimensional network structure. The packaging structure of the present disclosure can overcome problems that kraft paper bubble bags or envelopes, and paper and plastics can't be separated and recycled to pollute environment in the prior art. At the same time, it can solve technical problems of dust pollution and poor air quality caused by using powdery and granular soft structures used as buffers.

Disclosed are various embodiments of a pouch hanger that have be hanged from a utility bucket or other suitable support structures. One or more pouches can be suspended from the pouch hanger. The pouch hanger includes an arcuate member and an elevated hanger that extends from the arcuate member. A support tab extends from a recessed portion of the pouch hanger. The recessed portion extends from the elevated hanger. A top portion of the support tab is in a plane above the arcuate member. The elevated hanger forms a slot between the arcuate member and the recess portion adjacent to the support tab.

HERMETICALLY SEALED FLAT CONTAINERS FOR CONTAINING LOOSE MATERIALS IN LIQUID, PASTY, GRANULAR, OR POWDER FORM
20200361683 · 2020-11-19 ·

The present invention relates to a hermetically sealed flat container for containing loose materials in liquid, pasty, granular or powder form, which is adapted to also assume a stable upright vertical position, while containing said materials, when one edge thereof rests on a base. The container comprises a first flexible sheet element having a polygonal shape which is placed on top of a second flexible sheet element having a polygonal shape, said first and second flexible sheet elements being coupled together by welds formed along the perimeters of their polygonal shapes to thereby define a volume, said perimeter defining a plurality of edges, one of said plurality of edges forming a bearing edge of the container resting on said base; said bearing edge extending from two edges of said plurality of said bearing edges and having a free end which is designed to contact the support base. The container is characterized in that the bearing edge progressively reduces its transverse dimensions toward its free end with a taper angle with respect to a vertical axis, such that, when the bearing edge rests on the base, the component of the weight force of the material contained in the container applied to said bearing edge causes a reaction that has the same intensity as the component directed toward the interior of the container, thereby causing said bearing edge to retract into said volume and imparting stability to the container along the vertical axis.

Conveyable sortation bag

A method of sorting a first subset of items in an order handling center, wherein at least a majority of the items of the first subset are sized below a predetermined size limit. The method includes directing the first subset of the items through an opening into a bag having a plurality of panels of flexible material coupled together at a plurality of seams. The method includes causing the bag to assume a substantially cuboid shape as the bag is filled to capacity with the first subset of items and stacking the bag on a pallet at a staging destination within the order handling center. The staging destination is associated with a delivery route from the order handling center.

Aerodynamic tote package

A tote package including a middle section that forms a bottom portion, a first side section connecting the first side section and the middle section, wherein the first side section creates a first side portion of the tote package that tapers upwardly from the bottom portion to a top portion of the tote package, and a second side section that is opposite of the that connecting the second side section and the middle section, wherein the second side section creates a second side portion of the tote package that tapers upwardly from the bottom portion to the top portion of the top portion of the tote package, a handle positioned on the top portion of the tote package, wherein the middle section, first side section, and second side section intersect to create a tapered front portion of the tote package that extends beyond the bottom portion.
