A roll of separable bags which leaves no scrap material and method of making a roll of separable bags which leaves no scrap material is disclosed herein. An elongated tube of material having a length and a width is laid flat, forming a web of material. The web of material comprises an outer and an inner sheet portion. First and second seals are formed widthwise across the outer and inner sheet portions. First and second bag separating perforation lines are formed widthwise across the outer and inner sheet portions. A user may tear one bag away from the roll of bags by using the bag separating perforation line. The user may then deploy the handles of the bag by tearing along the handle perforation lines.

The paper recyclable heat sealable bag includes a heat sealable water soluble inner layer coating and an article of paper. The heat sealable coating is applied to the article of paper by a printing press. As the printing press applies the heat sealable coating to the article of paper, the paper recyclable heat sealable bag may be wound into a master roll with a plurality of paper recyclable heat sealable bags. The master roll is fed into an automatic packaging system which fills the bags with a product from at least one of a top edge and a side edge of the paper recyclable heat sealable bags. The paper recyclable heat sealable bag has certain perforations to remove the paper recyclable heat sealable bag more easily from the master roll and sealed with a heat sealer.

The first grip-patch and the second grip-patch are adhesively attached to opposite external sides of the bag-body. Simultaneous gripping of the first grip-patch and the second grip-patch provides a friction configured to allow for improved separation of the external sides of the bag-body, such that the user is able to quickly access an inner-capacity of the bag for use. In a preferred embodiment, the disposable bag is a pet waste disposal bag. In some embodiments, the disposal bag may be part of a roll of disposable bags.

The first bag is removed through a top opening of the next bag enabling the next bag as a receptacle. A first connector ribbon is disposed near a rim of the container, and the first connector ribbon connects to a perimeter of each of the set of bags via a first connection. A second connector ribbon is disposed at one of the walls of the container, and the second connector ribbon connects to a side of each of the set of bags via a second connection.

There is disclosed a bag having a tubular body with a top open end and a bottom closed end. The tubular body has a larger open diameter at the top open end. The tubular body narrows into a narrower open diameter adjacent to a bottom closed end. The tubular body in a flattened two-fold condition has a pair of side edges extending from a top edge to a bottom edge. The top edge delimits the top open end. The bottom edge delimits the bottom closed end. The pair of side edges are generally parallel to one another in a first portion adjacent to the top edge.
