PALATAL GINGIVAL GRAFT HARVESTING DEVICE
The palatal gingival graft harvesting device is a gripping tool for holding and manipulating palatal gingival grafts. The palatal gingival graft harvesting device includes a first arm having opposed first and second ends, and a second arm also having opposed first and second ends. The first arm and the second arm are pivotally joined to one another at a pivot joint adjacent the second ends thereof. The first end of the second arm has an opening formed therein for receiving a tip of the first end of the first arm. First and second bifurcated, U-shaped gripping jaws extend orthogonally from the second ends of the first and second arms. Central portions of the first and second arms are selectively and releasably lockable to one another to clamp the graft between the gripping jaws.
ENDODONTIC INSTRUMENTS DISPLAYING COMPRESSIBILITY
Endodontic instruments are used to clean and enlarge the endodontic cavity space (ECS), also known as the root canal system, of a human tooth. This document describes novel endodontic instruments that are radially compressible, and methods for their use. Some embodiments include a shank and a body with a working surface. At least a portion of the working surface may define a center of mass path that spirals. The center of mass of a transverse cross-section of the working surface at the shank end can be offset from the axis of rotation of the instrument.

Dental drill
The present invention relates to a dental drill (10) formed of titanium or a titanium alloy having a hardness greater than pure titanium, said drill extending along a central axis (A) from a proximal end (14) to a distal end (16). The drill comprises a shank (12) arranged in a proximal end region of the drill (10) and extending along the central axis (A), a flute portion (20) arranged distally to and running coaxially with the shank (12), said flute portion (20) comprising two or more flutes (22a, 22b, 22c) extending along the flute portion (20) and being interposed by lands (24a, 24b, 24c), the flute portion further comprising a central solid web and a drill tip (26) directly adjoining the distal end (28) of the flute portion (20) and comprising two or more flanks (25a, 25b, 25c) which taper radially inwardly from the distal end of each land in the distal direction toward the central axis (A), each flank (25a, 25b, 25c) comprising a cutting edge (30a, 30b, 30c). According to the invention, at the distal end of the drill point (26) at least one groove (32, 33a, 33c) is formed in the web such that the distal most end (36a, 36b, 37b, 37c) of at least one of the flanks (25a, 25b, 25c) is located radially remote from the central axis (A).

Access guide and drill kit to be used with same for endodontic access cavity preparation and method of use
A set of drill bits and/or burrs for attaching to a hand piece and fitting into an access guide during endodontic access cavity preparation is provided. The drill bits are optionally grouped into two types: a high speed, friction grip attachment type drill bit and a slow speed, latch attachment type drill bit. Each of the drill bits has a different longitudinal length for performing different functions during operation procedures. A method of performing an endodontic access cavity preparation with the set of drill bits is also provided.
Positioning and installing surgical drilling devices and related devices and systems
In some aspects, dental drill guides can include a body defining an outer surface and an interior hole for receiving and positioning a dental drill; a first end of the body defining a tapered lead-in portion of the outer surface; a second end of the body opposite the first end defining at least one lip feature configured to be gripped by a handling tool; an outer circumferentially formed recess around the outer surface; and a seating feature extending from the outer surface.
