The present invention relates to a device for packaging and dispensing a composition sensitive to oxidation by atmospheric oxygen. The device comprises a body formed at least partially from a sheet of a multilayer complex and a neck portion extending from the body and formed from a multilayer complex. At least one layer of the multilayer complex of the body comprises at least one pulverulent filler in a mass proportion of greater than or equal to 5% of a total mass of the at least one layer. The neck portion lacks any pulverulent filler material in the multilayer complex of the neck portion and the multilayer complex of the body comprises at least one barrier layer formed from metal.

A collapsible container is provided with a one-way valve. The valve comprises a cupola shaped slitted membrane forming a closure head to allow dispensing a liquid contained in the container by opening the membrane under liquid pressure. When pressure is reduced the membrane will close and prevent the entrance of air into the container. To avoid a deformation of the membrane in counter dispensing direction a supporting column is arranged within the valve ending in a distance from the lower side of the membrane. This column will prevent an opening of the membrane closure head towards the container storage room when air pressure in direction into the container is too high to be borne by the membrane closure head alone.

A collapsible container is provided with a one-way valve. The valve comprises a cupola shaped slitted membrane forming a closure head to allow dispensing a liquid contained in the container by opening the membrane under liquid pressure. When pressure is reduced the membrane will close and prevent the entrance of air into the container. The container laminate (1) is a laminate having at least three layers, an inner polyolefin layer (6) and an outer polyolefin layer (8) and a barrier layer (7) sandwiched between the outer polyolefin layer (8) and the inner polyolefin layer (6), wherein the barrier layer (7) comprises at least one polyolefin comprising barrier foil like a monolayer foil (71) or a coextruded foil (72 with layers 72a, 72b) or a laminate thereof and wherein at least 90% of all polymers of the container are made of polyolefin of the same kind.
