COLLAPSIBLE CONTAINER
Pet owners are frustrated with conventional wet pet food packages as it is difficult to remove product from these packages. Traditional metal or plastic containers and flexible pouches are not designed to fully eject product in one step. Rather, the consumer must perform additional steps such as scooping, scraping, tearing, or twisting to entirely remove product. Provided is a collapsible package for wet pet foods. The collapsible package has tapered flexible sidewall, a rigid ring and/or circumferential peripheral flange attached to a top of the sidewall, and a rigid base attached to a bottom of the sidewall. The flexible sidewall is configured to be compressible between an expanded position, at which point product is held in the container, and a collapsed position, at which point product is effectively ejected from the container. A lid can also be attached to the ring and/or circumferential peripheral flange to seal the container.
Perforating cap for a flexible tube
The present invention relates to a tube closure assembly. The assembly includes a tube head that includes a neck and a closure liner sealing said neck, and a cap that includes a punch provided with at least one tooth. The one or more teeth are configured to peripherally cut said closure liner. The cap is configured to transition from an open flush position, in which the one or more teeth are flush with said closure liner, to a perforation position, in which the one or more teeth perforate the closure liner, then from the perforation position to an end-of-travel position allowing partial cutting of the closure liner, the transition from the perforation position to the end-of-travel position being carried out with an angular rotational range below 360.

Squeezable hybrid water bottle with integrated filter and method of forming the same
A method of forming a hybrid, hand-held drinking bottle includes connecting a top element to a bottom element to form a seam therebetween. The top element includes a top wall extending around a top axis, and a top opening extending within the top element between opposed ends of the top wall. The top element is formed from a material that is of a first hardness. The bottom element comprises an end wall, a bottom wall extending around a bottom axis, and a bottom opening extending between the end wall and an opposing end of the bottom wall. The bottom element is formed from a material that is of a second hardness less than the first hardness. The top opening is in communication with the bottom opening when the top element is connected to the bottom element. The method further includes over molding a collar around the seam.

Dispenser for dispensing flowable material
A dispenser for dispensing flowable material. The dispenser comprises a resiliently deformable body encompassing a closed volume with an optional flexible pouch disposed therein to accommodate the flowable material. A discharge element having at least one discharge opening, along with at least one valve regulating flow from the closed volume or the flexible pouch and through the discharge opening is also provided. The body is configured so that a threshold amount of deformation of the body causes the flowable material to urge from the closed body through the discharge opening or the pressure increase of the closed volume acting on the flexible pouch sufficiently so that flowable material accommodated in the flexible pouch is urged therefrom through the discharge opening.

CHILD-RESISTANT LOCKING CAP FOR LAMINATED TUBES WITH IMPROVED LOCKING CAP INSERT TO REDUCE SUBSTANCE LEAKAGE AFTER THE LOCKING CAP IS CLOSED
A combination of a container made out of rolled laminated plastic or rolled laminated metal, combined with a child-resistant locking assembly between the container and a cap removably affixed to the container. The container includes a closed rear end, a front wall and a flexible sidewall between the closed rear end and the front. The cap includes a central post inserted into a dispensing opening in a dispensing nozzle of the contain to reduce the possibility of contents in the container seeping out of the dispensing nozzle after the sealing cap is affixed to the nozzle.
