ASSEMBLY FOR CLOSING A TUBE AND TUBE COMPRISING THIS ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to an assembly for closing a tube, said assembly comprising a tube head (3) that has a neck (10) and a closing cover (5) for closing said neck (10), the assembly further comprising a cap (30) which is provided with a piercing element (7) designed to perforate said closing cover (5), the neck (10) and cap (30) being configured such that the cap (30) is guided into a closed position in which said piercing element (7) has perforated the closing cover (5), said piercing element comprising one or more teeth (50) for cutting through the closing cover (5), which extend from a free edge (80) of the piercing element (7), at least one angular portion (81) of said free edge (80), referred to as the passage portion, being configured to remain in the neck (10) when in said closed position.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING A FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRODUCT
A system for extracting a paste from a flexible pouch having a sealed nozzle includes an inflatable flexible enclosure adjacent to the pouch and an air compressor for controlling airflow into the flexible enclosure. The air compressor provides a first target pressure within the flexible enclosure, the first pressure resulting in a rupture of the sealed nozzle, and a second target pressure within the flexible enclosure. Further, the system includes a timer for measuring a target time for completing the extraction of the paste from the flexible pouch.

Container for storing and dispensing a flowable material
A container is in the form of an In-Mold Labelled (IML) tube comprises a housing 302 and a lid. The lid comprises a base portion 305 to which a cap portion 307 of the lid is pivotally mounted by a hinge to allow the cap portion 307 to transition between open and closed position. A plug is inserted and attached to at least partially or fully seal an aperture formed at the base portion 305. The plug has at least one orifice 314 functioning as an egress opening through which a flowable material stored in the housing 302 can dispense. The housing 302 and lid are made as a single piece by a single injection moulding process. The plug is more rigid than each of the housing 302 and the lid for allowing the plug to lock with the lid firmly.

INTERNAL SECURING SYSTEM FOR A COLLAPSIBLE TUBE
The present invention relates to squeezable tubes for holding creams and gels such as toothpaste and a method for progressively collapsing and internally securing a tube in a flattened state. As the user squeezes the tube proximal to one end, the tube collapses. An internal mechanism to retain that portion of the tube in a collapsed position engages. The portion of the tube that no longer holds toothpaste remains in a relatively flat configuration of which sections may be cut off and thrown away. In an alternative embodiment, the internal mechanism is recyclable and/or releasable and the tube is refillable. The present invention may alternatively be used with many other types of contents such as hair shampoo and conditioner, paint, sunscreen, oil, frosting, pudding, ointments, powders, and liquids.
