Vacuum container and method for manufacturing same
The present invention relates to a vacuum container in which a periphery of an inner container, a periphery of a film container, and an inner container cover are bonded through ultrasonic wave fusion and a method of manufacturing the same.
Plastic bag holding and filling apparatus
A plastic bag holding and filling apparatus that is operable to assist in the holding and filling of a plastic bag. The plastic bag holding and filling apparatus includes a body having a bottom that is planar in manner and rectangular in shape. The body further includes a first lateral edge and second lateral edge. Extending upward from the first lateral edge is a first side panel. A second side panel is formed along the second lateral edge and is perpendicular thereto. The body includes a ramp secured to the second end. The ramp includes a hingedly secured first portion and second portion. A bag guide is secured to the second portion of the ramp and is manufactured from wire and further including opposing lower corners that are rounded in shape. A first hook and second hook are secured to the first side panel and second side panel.
Pressurized viscous condiment dispenser
User-selectable volumes of a viscous condiment such as ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise are consistently dispensed from a pressurized vessel. The vessel is pressurized using a small air pump, a cylinder of compressed gas or an external gas source. Pressure in the vessel is kept constant by sensing the pressure using a MEMS pressure transducer. Condiment flows from the pressurized vessel into a flexible tube, which passes through an electrically-actuated pinch valve. For a given pressure in the vessel, the amount of condiment to be dispensed is determined by the time that the pinch valve is open. A processor monitors the pressure, actuation of a user interface and controls operation of the air pump.
Bag in box packaging having an inserted panel for receiving a spout of the bag
A bag in box packaging including a flexible bag and an outer carton. The flexible bag defines a cavity, with a spout coupled thereto providing access to the cavity. The outer carton has a first sidewall and a second sidewall opposite the first side wall. A front wall extends therebetween. The inner spout retaining member further includes an inner spout retaining member. The inner spout retaining member includes a first panel that extends between the first sidewall and the second sidewall and is spaced apart from the front wall. The first panel includes a spout receiving slot extending thereinto. The spout of the bag is positionable within the spout receiving slot of the first panel, so as to position the spout between the first panel and the front wall. A spout locking member is structurally configured to maintain the spout within the spout receiving slot of the first panel.
