Methods for making flexible containers and associated products
Disclosed is a method for making a flexible container. The method implements an injection mold having a collapsible core that expands/moves to define the apertures and, in some embodiments, holds a flexible film in place during the injection mold process and collapses/moves back post-injection molding to allow for the flexible container to be readily removed from the die. In addition, the method described includes a post-injection molding anneal process that is implemented to allow the flexible film to shrink so as to provide for form-fitting of the film to the molded portion of the container.
Bottle stopper
A bottle stopper contains: a first connection part, a second connection part, an actuation member, an operation unit, a fitting sleeve, and a base. The first connection part includes two opposite cutouts. The second connection part includes an aperture. The actuation member includes an extension sheet, a post, and a threaded portion. The operation unit includes two projections and a drive element, wherein each of the two projections is a cuboid, and two distal ends of the drive element are connected with two eccentric positions of two outer surfaces of the two projections respectively. The fitting sleeve is hollow and is fitted on the post below a bottom of the second connection part. The base includes a screwing orifice for screwing with the threaded portion of the actuation member, and the fitting sleeve is fitted on the base.
Bottle Stopper
A stopper apparatus comprising a flat upper portion having a centrally-located circular indention facing upward, an activation element having a circular, planer disc loosely engaging the circular indention, a vertically-oriented panel, and a male-threaded stem descending on a vertical axis of the disc, a reinforced circular lower horizontal panel having a centrally-located internally-threaded post extending vertically from the lower horizontal panel and engaging the internally-threaded post, and a bladder of rubberlike material disposed between the lower horizontal panel and the flat, reinforced upper portion, the bladder having a central passage through which the stem and post pass, and an internal cavity.
AERATING POURING DEVICE
An aerating pouring device includes a wine stopper unit fittingly and removably insertable into a wine bottle, a spout unit mounted upon and coaxially rotatable relative to the wine stopper unit, and an interlock unit connected between the wine stopper unit and the spout unit. The spout unit is operable to rotate relative to the wine stopper unit through the interengagement of the interlock unit between a wine pouring position, where an upper wine outlet passage and an upper air inlet passage defined in the spout unit are respectively communicated with a lower wine outlet passage and a lower air inlet passage defined in the stopper unit, and a sealing position, where the spout unit closes the lower wine outlet passage and the lower air inlet passage.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER CLOSURE WITH VENTING
A beverage container closure or lid adapted for closing an open end of a beverage container. The lid is couplable to the beverage container and includes a selectively openable stopper that when closed, creates a fluid-tight seal between the beverage container and the environment. The stopper may be opened by pressing a button disposed on a side of the beverage container closure. The stopper is subsequently automatically closed when the button is released. Thus, the user may open and close the beverage container closure using a single hand without the need to remove the beverage container closure from the beverage container. The beverage container closure includes an actuating lever configured to press the button when a user applies a force to the lever. By utilizing the mechanical advantage provided by the lever, a user is able to selectively open and close the stopper using a relatively low amount of force.

Systems, Methods, and Apparatuses to optimize all stages of production of sparkling wine using the Champagne method
Systems, methods, and apparatuses to optimize all stages of sparkling wine production using the ‘Champagne’ method. For instance, there is a specially configured apparatus utilized for a method for producing sparkling wine within the wine bottle through a secondary fermentation. The apparatus is attached to the wine bottle to seal in pressure. Specifically, a neck collar of the apparatus is positioned upon a neck section and a sealing cap is pressed onto a mouth opening wine bottle above the neck collar and coupled to the neck collar of the apparatus. A tensioner of the apparatus induces a clamping force between the neck collar and the sealing cap to seal the pressure generated from fermentation. A pressure indicator measures and displays pressure which is retained and limited to a maximum pressure within the bottle via a Pressure Reduction Valve (PRV) of the apparatus. Sediment from fermentation is removed without freezing via a riddling operations and evacuation of sediment from an inverted bottle through a ball valve configured within the apparatus. Other related embodiments are disclosed.
Combination of a bottle and cork
The present invention relates to devices for corking bottles, and more particularly to the corking of glass bottles having necks containing a cork with an upper portion which rises above a rim, and may be used for corking bottles. A device for corking bottles contains a neck with a rim, and a cork, an end portion of the rim having protrusions, providing the ability to raise the cork by rotating same by the upper portion thereof. The neck, rim and upper portion of the cork are rectangular and/or oval in horizontal cross-section. The neck and rim are, on the two wide sides thereof, made in the form of parallel flat common surfaces. The narrow sides of the rim are hook-shaped.
Vessel with agitator
Embodiments are described for a vessel with an aperture positioned at the top end of the vessel. A gasket having an opening is provided and disposed at the top end of the vessel such that the gasket is between the first and second sidewalls of the vessel. A selectively operable lid permits the opening of the vessel. At least one agitator is provided within the vessel to mix a stored material therein with a fluid.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DE-OXYGENATION OF A CLOSED CONTAINER
A de-oxygenation stopper configured to enable aging of an oxygen sensitive material such as wine contained within a vessel, while minimizing oxygen content within the vessel. The stopper includes an oxygen scavenging element configured to remove and/or neutralize oxygen molecules within the vessel, and a sealing element formed of one or more materials having tailored oxygen transmission rate(s) configured to enable the material to age at a desired rate.
