20230322446 · 2023-10-12 ·

A bottle stopper adapted for self-opening and self-plugging a bottle, comprising a cylindrical cover having a bottom end and a top end. The cylindrical cover is sized and shaped to plug a bottle. A cartridge is encompassed by the cylindrical cover and has a fluid chamber; the cartridge also has at least one lateral protrusion thereon to form between the cartridge and the cylindrical cover. There is at least one fluid channel for fluidly connecting between a space below the bottom end and above the top end. A conduit having at least one inlet and at least one outlet is for fluidly connecting transferring the fluid of the fluid chamber to outside of the bottle stopper. An activation cap is mounted to push the conduit along a longitudinal axis of the cylindrical cover from a closed state to an open state.

CONTAINER CAP AND SEALING ASSEMBLY
20230286704 · 2023-09-14 ·

Disclosed are embodiments of containers, caps, sealing assemblies, and associated components. In one embodiments, a sealing assembly can include an expander actuator operatively coupled to an expander, which expander is operatively coupled to a seal. In a locking state, the expander actuator is configured to cause the expander to expand horizontally against the seal. The expansion of the seal against a shoulder and/or a neck of a container provides a locking, leak-proof seal. In an opening state, the expander is configured to provide an upward movement of the expander actuator, allowing the expander to return to its unexpanded form, which in turn causes the seal to return to its unexpanded form. When the seal is in its unexpanded form, the sealing assembly (along with an associated cap) can be pulled away from the container body.

System and method for self releasing champagne cork with electromechanical release mechanism
11745919 · 2023-09-05 ·

A system and method for easily operated self-releasing stopper/cork for bottles of compressed liquids. The corks have a gas bladder that is designed to be inserted in a bottle and inflated, the bladder having a ribbed or smooth exterior to complete the sealing of the bottle whereby a gas release mechanism can be activated by depressing a button on a cap or via an on-board micro controller and/or electro-mechanical release solution in the cap. Once the gas is released from the top of the bladder the pressure inside the vessel will collapse the bladder's bottom and eject the cork assembly from the bottle.
