DENTAL WEDGES AND MATRIX BANDS FOR USE IN DIRECT COMPOSITE RESTORATION TECHNIQUES FOR ANTERIOR TEETH
A wedge for use in a dental restoration procedure for an anterior tooth. The wedge includes a handle portion, a body portion coupled to and extending outward from the handle portion, and a matrix band coupled to the body portion. The body portion is adapted to be disposed in an approximal space between the anterior tooth and a tooth adjacent the anterior tooth. The matrix band is adapted to contact the anterior tooth when the body portion is disposed in the approximal space.

GRINDING OR POLISHING BRUSH
A grinding or polishing brush is provided and includes a main body which is rotatable about a central axis and is provided with bristles which extend with their center axes substantially in the direction of the central axis. In order, with such brushes, to permit pin point working, it is proposed that the center axes of the bristles have an inclination in the circumferential direction and/or inward in the radial direction. The effect which can therefore be achieved with the bristles is that they are supported against one another. In order to improve this, the bristles can be provided in an axial portion with film elements connecting them. The film elements may be able to come apart depending on wear.
INTERPROXIMAL REDUCTION TEMPLATES
Interproximal reduction guides apparatuses and methods of making and using them are described herein. These interproximal reduction guides apparatuses may include a body that fits over the patient's dental arch and one or more guide slots formed in them configured to limit the motion of an interproximal reduction cutting tool in a defined manner.

Hand instrument for dental care
The invention relates to a hand instrument for manual use in dental care, which includes a substantially elongated handle (2), to at least one end of which is arranged a construction for detachably connecting a head part (3) extending substantially from the central axis of the handle (2) and possibly including at least one bending. The construction by which the handle (2) and the head part (3) is arranged detachably connected includes a tightening element (4) axially positioning itself between the handle (2) and the head part (3).

DENTURE DEBURR TOOL
A deburr tool and processes to smooth spires on dentures after an adjustment by the dentist for a proper fit are presented. The deburr tool may have a deburr element comprised of soapstone or chalk, and the deburr element may have a variety of geometric shapes. For example, it may be spherically shaped, parabolic shaped, triangular shaped, cylindrical shaped with and an outer face between a one side and an other side, or rectangular shaped. Appling the one or more outer faces, surfaces, or edges of soapstone to the spires and using a rotary or reciprocating motion, the spires may be smoothed to provide a comfortable fit. The deburr element may have a holding element with a distal end and an other end connected to the deburr element and configured to use in an individuals hand or may be configured to insert in a rotary or reciprocating machine.
