SECURITY CLOSURE SYSTEM AND DEVICES FOR CONTAINERS
20190127121 · 2019-05-02 ·

The present invention relates to a security closure system and devices for containers, which can be used in any type of container and can be validated by means of simple sight and touch, thereby being tamper-resistant and preventing any adulteration by means of the non-authorised re-use of the original container. The system and devices are preferably used in containers made from vitreous materials such as ceramics, plastics and thermoplastics, owing to the properties of stiffness. The devices of the invention can be used for any product and any type of container, such as bottles for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, containers for cosmetics, perfumes, drugs, food and valuable items such as watches, electronics or fine jewelry.

Closure device comprising a base (100) and a lid (200) articulated by a hinge (205) comprising at least one opening indicator (207) allowing the user to know that a container has been opened at least once. Prior to the first opening, the opening indicator (207) is attached to the lid (200) by at least one separable connector (208), said separable connector (208) being broken on the opening of the container. The base (100) further comprises at least one housing (111) that receives the opening indicator (207) after its separation and shows it to the user through at least one window (112).

External member for container lid

In connection with an information transmission member-equipped external member (outer lid member) to be mounted on a container lid, the opening of the container lid and the destruction of the information transmission member are carried out by a series of operations. Upon rotational movement of an opening/closing cover (3) and an outer cover (4) relative to each other, the opening/closing cover (3) is raised to destroy a predetermined site of an IC tag (40), and a tamper-evident bottom section (38) is cut off, whereby the outer cover (4) is separated from the opening/closing cover (3), and the opening/closing cover (3) is opened sideways to make the opening/closing cover (3) detachable from the container lid.
