VIAL FOR FLUID PRODUCTS WITH CHILDPROOF SYSTEM
A vial for fluid products, particularly pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical products has a containment body closed by a closing element removable along a predetermined breaking line, and an opening key slidingly fitted onto the closing element and prismatically rotationally engageable with the closing element to remove the closing element from the containment body. The opening key is prismatically engageable with the closing element by inserting prismatic protrusions of the closing element into special recesses of the opening key.

SEALED AND REVERSIBLE OVERCAP
A Sealed and Reversible Overcap to be used for the protection against the external contamination or tampering of any kind of pasty, gaseous and liquid products loaded into dispensing containers, firstly comprising a hermetically sealed overcap aimed to be affixed over the container's end through which its content will be discharged, usually the top end, and secondly, adhesive strips having, for example, longitudinally distributed in its inner surface, two lateral lanes fully covered by glue, while portions of the central lane located between them are periodically exempted of glue, being the two, the sealed overcap and adhesive strips to be jointly applied over those dispensing containers such as plastic bottles and beverage cans, aiming to keep the sensitive areas of these containers, and mainly those that might eventually be in direct human contact during consumption, always clean and sanitized, as from the production stage up to the consumption moment, avoiding at the same time any attempt to get access to the container's content before it has been acquired.

Pull back closure
The invention described herein relates broadly to closure assemblies, and methods of use and manufacture thereof. More particularly, certain embodiments relate to assemblies and methods for closing an opening defined by a spout provided on a flexible container utilising a capping member having a plugging portion and a substantially fracturable retaining skirt. Embodiments provide may an adequate seal for the contents contained within bags against the significant pressure placed upon the closure by the often weighty and voluminous contents of the packaging. Furthermore, the closure may be easily and comfortably removable by a user whilst managing the handling of the bag.
Canister with dispersing aperture
A canister with a novel dispensing aperture is described. The aperture is located within a continuous surface opposite the seamed canister end. By thus locating the aperture, canister contents may be dispensed or sipped without the interference of debris-collecting grooves, seam edges, and sharp angles typical of canisters with dispensing apertures located on seamed ends.
Container with closure cap and tamperproof ring
The invention relates to a container (1) comprising a container body (4), a closure cap (3), which can be crewed onto said body, and a tamperproof ring (2), which is connected to said cap by way of breakaway webs (10). The closure cap (3) has first driver elements (18), which extend in the axial direction and, when the container (1) is opened for the first time, act on second ramp-like driver elements (19) of the tamperproof ring (2) that extend in the axial direction, and thereby push the tamperproof ring (2) away from the closure cap (3). On a shoulder (6) of the container body (4) that surrounds the container opening, two grooves (22.1, 22.2), one arranged above the other, are provided for receiving and engaging element (23) of the tamperproof ring. The engaging means is engaged first, upper groove (22.1) before the container (1) is opened for the first time and, as a result of the interaction of the driver elements (18, 19) on both sides, is engaged in the second, lower groove (22.2) after the container (1) is opened for the first time.
CONTAINER APPARATUS
A container apparatus including a container and a sleeve with pre-weakened areas to facilitate detaching the sleeve from the container. The container may include a body and a cap coupled thereto. The sleeve may include tamper evident features and may maintain the container in a closed and packaged state prior to purchase and use by a consumer. The sleeve may include different pre-weakened or perforated sections to permit the consumer to remove a first portion of the sleeve to permit the user to open the container and use the product therein without also removing a second portion of the sleeve which may contain product information. The sleeve may then include an additional pre-weakened or perforated section to permit the consumer to remove the second portion of the sleeve after the container is empty for sustainability purposes so that the container is more readily recyclable.

Plastic closure with enhanced performance
A plastic closure embodying the principles of the present invention comprises a closure cap having a top wall portion, and an annular skirt portion depending from the top wall portion. The skirt portion includes an internal thread formation for threaded engagement with the external thread formation of an associated container. In order to facilitate high-speed application, and minimize the use of polymeric material, the closure is configured to exhibit a variation in retention force which decreases in a direction away from the top wall portion of the closure cap.
