Lug closure
A lug closure includes a central top panel, an annular channel outboard of the top panel, a downwardly extending skirt outboard of the channel, the skirt terminating at an inward curl that defines a curl height, and lugs formed in the curl. Each one of the lugs includes a body that extends radially inwardly from the skirt. The body includes a leading edge that merges into a leading portion of the curl. The leading edge tapers in thickness from the curl height to a minimum lug thickness and forms a leading edge vertical taper angle from horizontal between 6 and 15 degrees. A trailing edge merges into a trailing portion of the curl and the trailing edge tapers in thickness from the curl height to the minimum lug thickness.
ELASTIC STRETCHABLE LID CAPABLE OF ABSORBING MOISTURE
An elastic stretchable lid capable of absorbing moisture is revealed. The elastic stretchable lid includes a lid body and a hollow cap. The lid body made of soft and elastic materials is fit on an opening of a container while the hollow cap is arranged at a center of the lid body and provided with at least one air hole on a bottom thereof, a moisture-absorbing member mounted therein, and a moisture measurement unit arranged at the top thereof. Thereby the lid can be applied to different sizes of containers for closing openings and absorbing moisture to keep inner space of the container dry and prevent objects stored in the container from deterioration or mold growth. The reuse of containers protects the environment. Users can learn saturation degree of the moisture-absorbing member easily by the moisture measurement unit and further replace or regenerate the moisture-absorbing member.
Freshness plug
A freshness plug includes a solid round body having an internally depressed section, a protrusion extending from the internally depressed section, a shoulder extending from an exterior of the internally depressed section, and malleable flanges below the shoulder.
Shaker Bottle Device
The present invention relates to a shaker bottle device that has a body and a lid. The body is further preferably comprised of at least one measuring line that indicates a corresponding amount of liquid or solid volume that is within the body, wherein the line is further highly visible using contrasting colors, fiber-optic, fluorescent, or luminescent paint. The body may also be comprised of a weighted bottom surface that prevents the device from spilling. The body and lid may also have at least one magnet that allows the device to magnetically attach to a metal surface or object to further prevent spilling.
Container for and method of consuming a liquid
A method for a person to discharge a consumable liquid including the steps of: obtaining a container having a body bounding a volume and an opening in communication with the volume; placing a quantity of the consumable liquid in the volume; and grasping the container and positioning the container so that the consumable liquid within the volume flows through at least a portion of the opening and into the person's mouth. The container has a blocking structure that is configured to allow the consumable liquid to flow to and through the portion of the opening while blocking movement of material, of a predetermined size suspended in the quantity of consumable liquid, into the at least portion of the opening.
DUST-EXCLUDING CARRIER FOR PRODUCT STORAGE
A dust-excluding carrier for product storage comprises a housing cavity and dust-excluding isolation members. The dust-excluding isolation member comprises a first main body, the first main body is provided with a first opening; the material tray and the dust-excluding isolation member are detachably connected. The material tray comprises a second main body with a second opening. The first main body and the second main body may be snap-fitted together and apart, so the first opening is covered by the second body and the second opening covered by the first body.
Portable Container and Container Assembly
A portable container and container assembly provides a durable, functional and simple carry-all solution for dry and wet provisions, goods and gear. Exemplary features of various embodiments include one or more of an overmolded pad on the bottom of the container, a removable handle incorporating a releasable retaining structure, a lid that seals within the container cavity and is flush with the outer periphery of the container sidewall and/or has a cellular internal reinforcing structure, a skirt extending around the sidewall that is integral with handle mounts for the handle and/or provides a connection point for external components, and a drop-in tray with a collapsible handle.
PANS FOR BAKING AND FOOD STORAGE
Baking pans are designed to provide users with the ability to bake food, while also covering and protecting the food from insects and other pests. The pans are preferably used as bakeware in oven baking but can also be used for other cooking. A lid can be applied to the base to cover food during baking and storage. The lid is preferably made of silicone or a similar polymer that is durable and heat resistant. The lid fits over the top of the pan base and can be fastened to the base using a latch mechanism. The latch mechanism can function as a latch and handle. The latch enables the lid to be snapped on and secured to the base.
Seal Integrity Indicator for a Sterilization Container
Seal integrity indicators for sterilization containers are provided. For example, a seal indicator may indicate whether the container is sufficiently sealed to prevent an ingress of contaminants into the container. If the container is sufficiently sealed, the seal indicator is visible, but if not, the seal indicator is not visible. Thus, the seal indicator undergoes a change in state when the sterilization container transitions from unsealed to sealed, or vice versa, such that a user may ascertain whether the container is properly sealed to maintain the container's sterility. An exemplary seal indicator includes an invertible projection formed with the container gasket that is not visible from outside the container until inverted, due to force applied by the lid, to extend through an opening in the container body. Closure mechanisms for sterilization containers also are provided.
A LID
An anti-splash sip-through lid for a beverage container, such as, for example, but not limited thereto, a disposable lid for a disposable drinking cup, or a re-usable lid for a re-usable drinking cup, for hot and/or cold drinks, e.g. coffee, tea, soda, beer, etc. In examples, the lid includes an outer side, an inner side and a rim; a drinking aperture (7) formed in the lid; and a flow deflector arrangement (9) adjacent to the drinking aperture, wherein the lid or parts thereof are formed from sheet material. In other examples, the lid includes an outer side, an inner side and a rim; a drinking aperture formed in the lid; and a flow deflector arrangement adjacent to the drinking aperture, wherein the lid comprises a first flap (27) formed in the lid and initially blocking the drinking aperture.
