When the cover body is in the first position, the cover body covers the placement opening, the cover body and the barrel body are in a fixed relative position; and when the cover body is in the second position, the cover body is remote from the placement opening. When the cover body receives an external force to move away from the barrel body, the driving device actuates the cover body to move from the first position to the second position.
