Packaging
A package assembly (20) comprises products enclosed in a tubular packet (24) formed from a flexible wrapper (26). A line of weakness (40) encloses an opening region (42) in a side wall (28) of the packet. The opening region (42) is at least partially removed to create a dispensing opening by tearing the wrapper along the line of weakness (40). In one embodiment, the packet is opened by pressing one of the products through the opening region. In another embodiment, a sticker (150, FIG. 3) is adhered to the opening portion to provide a tab (152, FIG. 3) which can be pulled to open the packet. In a further embodiment, the packet is enclosed in a stiff outer cover (260, FIG. 5). The cover has a reclosable flap (262) bonded to the opening region so that on first opening of the flap, the packet is torn along the line of weakness.
PERFORATING CAP FOR A FLEXIBLE TUBE
The present invention relates to a tube closure assembly. The assembly includes a tube head that includes a neck and a closure liner sealing said neck, and a cap that includes a punch provided with at least one tooth. The one or more teeth are configured to peripherally cut said closure liner. The cap is configured to transition from an open flush position, in which the one or more teeth are flush with said closure liner, to a perforation position, in which the one or more teeth perforate the closure liner, then from the perforation position to an end-of-travel position allowing partial cutting of the closure liner, the transition from the perforation position to the end-of-travel position being carried out with an angular rotational range below 360°.
SPREADABLES
A spread container for spreadable foodstuffs allowing for spreading without utensils separate from the spread container is disclosed. The spread container comprises a spread nozzle associated with a dispensing unit for housing foodstuffs wherein a spreader surface associated with the nozzle allows the spread container to be manipulated to cause the spreader surface to dispense spreadable foodstuffs via the nozzle.
CAPSULE HAVING A LIQUID TRANSPORTING ELEMENT FOR USES WITH AN ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICE
A capsule for use with an electronic smoking device includes a shell (105) having a lateral wall (101, 102) and an end wall (103), wherein the lateral wall (101, 102) and the end wall (103) defines a cavity (110) open at one end (111). A puncturable membrane (104) seals the open end (111) of the cavity (110). A liquid is contained within the cavity (110) by the shell (105) and the puncturable membrane (104), wherein a liquid transporting element (120) is arranged within the cavity (110) enclosed by the puncturable membrane (104) and immersed in the liquid.

CONTAINER WITH SPOUT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
The spout-equipped container includes a container and a spout. The spout includes a spout main body, an opening body accommodated in a cylinder of the spout main body, an activating body which moves the opening body, and a hermetically-sealing sheet which covers an inner opening which fronts an accommodating unit in the spout main body. The opening body is formed so as not to be get out of the spout main body, is formed so as to move toward the hermetically-sealing sheet, and has its center where a spout through hole is formed. The hermetically-sealing sheet is formed so as to be partially torn by the opening body to make the accommodating unit of the container and an outer opening of the spout main body communicate with outside via the spout through hole of the opening body, and is formed so that an accommodated substance is poured outside.

Metering Device Made of Plastics Material
The metering device includes a metering container which can be fitted with screwing action on a standard bottle neck. The metering container has a funnel-shaped base, which is adjoined by a cylindrical lateral wall having, at the upper end, a cross-sectionally u-shaped collar, to which a cover surface can be applied in a form-fitting manner. At the top of the metering device is a pressure-exerting head with an encircling, detachable periphery. A puncturing mechanism having a two-part pressure-exerting pin can be actuated by the pressure-exerting head. The puncturing mechanism is fixed to the cover surface, prior to initial use, and is separated out of the cover surface by a cylindrical casing wall on the pressure-exerting head. The second part of the puncturing mechanism has a punching sleeve, which severs membranes which close the metering container, whereupon the contents of the metering container can be supplied into the bottle.
