Tooth protector devices are disclosed for attachment to the top of a bottle to provide protection against injury, including chipping of teeth that can occur during drinking from a glass bottle. One embodiment comprises a concentric sleeve with top lip for insertion over the end of a bottle. Sleeve inner portion is adapted for engaging the bottle outer surface to hold the sleeve in place. The outer and top portions of the sleeve protect the consumer from the top edge of the bottle. When installed, a tooth protector according to the present invention cushions the teeth and mouth from any blunt force or impact that can occur when a bottle is hit or knocked. Also disclosed is a beverage cap with cushioned outer and upper surfaces that remain in place on the beverage bottle after opening the bottle to protect the consumer, and another bottle enclosure without such cushioned surfaces.

A drinking container is provided that can include a lid member and a cup member. The lid member can include a base member and a spout extending up from the base member. The spout can provide a fluid passageway from outside the drinking container to the volume of the cup member so that a child may drink liquid contained within the cup member. When the lid member is removably coupled to the cup member, two or more seals are created around the circumference of the drinking container between the lid member and the cup member to decrease the likelihood of leakage from between the cup member and the lid member when the lid is coupled to the cup member.

A one-piece dispensing closure for dispensing essential oils includes an integrally formed closure body, tubular dispensing spout, a hinged cap, a tamper-evident closure system and a latch for maintaining the cap in an open position. The cap is connected to the closure body by a living hinge to allow the user to selectively open and close the container. A tamper-evident tear strip is integrally formed with the closure body. A locking tab on the cap engages a shoulder on the tear strip to prevent opening of the cap without removing the tear strip.

A one-piece dispensing closure for dispensing essential oils includes an integrally formed closure body, tubular dispensing spout, a hinged cap, a tamper-evident closure system and a latch for maintaining the cap in an open position. A non-spill drinking lid comprising a first member, a second member, detachably attached to the first member and a collar detachably attached to the second member. The first member has a plurality of protrusions extending from an interior surface towards the second member, the plurality of protrusions are arranged to maintain a fluid channel between the first member and the second member, the first member comprises a flexible outer rim, the collar comprises an outer rim, and the flexible first member outer rim abuts the collar outer rim and the flexible first member outer rim is deformable to extend the fluid channel through the non-spill drinking lid.
