STOPPER FOR A CONTAINER NECK
A stopper for a container neck, comprising: a skirt having a generally tubular shape and being centered on an axis, the skirt being adapted to surround a neck of a container, and being provided internally with a snap-on member adapted to fasten the skirt to the neck in a removable manner by jamming the snap-on member with an external projecting boss of the neck of the container; and an opening strip having a generally annular shape and including a peripheral portion that is permanently connected to a peripheral portion of the skirt, the strip being movable relative to the skirt between: a first position, in which the strip surrounds an external lateral surface of the skirt, by providing an annular space radially between the external lateral surface of the skirt and an inner surface of the strip; and a second position, in which the inside of the strip is substantially detached from the skirt in order to enable the strip to be manually grasped so that the skirt is unsnapped from the neck.
Dispenser for dispensing a unitary dose of an active substance in a solid dosage form
The invention concerns a secure device for dispensing unit doses (Mi) of an active substance in a solid dosage form. Such a device comprises means to prevent refilling of the chamber containing the unit doses. It may further accommodate a processing unit and means of communication with the outside world. Such a device is particularly effective when it comes to combating the counterfeiting of medicines. It may further be used to detect patients' non-adherence during a clinical trial or the non-adherence of a patients suffering from chronic diseases.

INSTALLATION UNIT OF ANALYTE DETECTION DEVICE
An installation unit of analyte detection device includes the housing, the protective cover and the label. The protective cover includes an outer cover and an inner cover. The outer ring of the label is fixed on the near end plane of the outer cover, the inner ring is fixed on the near end plane of the inner cover, and the inner ring of the label is connected with the outer ring through the easy tear seam. Before using the installation unit, the outer cover and inner cover remain fixed relative to the housing. When using the installation unit, the inner cover and inner ring of label remain fixed relative to the housing, and the outer cover and outer ring of label rotate relative to the housing to damage the easy tear seam.

Non-refillable dosing capillary insert
The invention refers to a capillary insert (100) or cap that comprises a cone (110) in its upper part that ends in a skirt (120) forming a single piece, which leaves evidence if something in the insert (100) has changed or has been altered improperly. The capillary insert or cap of the present invention prevents its reuse and tampering through one or more breaking zones (130) located along the insert.

BOTTLE STRIKING
A bottle assembly includes: a pressurized bottle of fluid having an elongated body and a neck extending contiguously from the body to a top portion including an outwardly projecting annular flange; and a bottle severing mechanism including a bottle striker carried by the bottle and residing below the top portion. The bottle striker includes: a frame mounted to move relative to the bottle in response to an impact by a saber while remaining coupled to the bottle; and a striking edge extending from the frame and aligned with a lower surface of the annular flange of the bottle, such that movement of the frame relative to the bottle causes the striking edge to strike the lower surface of the annular flange to sever the top portion of the bottle from the body.
Anti-refill dispensing fitment for a container
An anti-refill product includes a container including a neck with an interior surface, an anti-refill dispensing fitment positioned in the neck of the container, and including at least one ceramic or glass component, and a bonding material between the container and the component that non-removably secures the fitment to the container and thereby renders the product tamper-evident.
