System and Method for Making a Fluid Container with Integrated and Locking Measuring Tape
The invention is a fluid container, such as a flask or canteen, positioned in previously unused spaces found in the housing of a measuring tape mechanism. The present invention possesses a fluid container or vessel place inside the external housing of a measuring tape component (with an opening and cap), which simultaneously encloses an internal integrated spooled measuring tape with spring-loaded retracting measuring tape with a locking mechanism. The present invention allows for the simultaneous placement of a fluid container inside previously unused space in a measuring tape housing to store fluids in an efficient and effective manner without requiring two separate vessels or components, to allow for a more efficient and effective incorporation of a useful fluid vessel in previously unused space in a measuring tape mechanism to provide storage of hydration or medicinal fluids in a more efficient and effective manner on construction or work sites.
Flip-Top Cap
A cap, apparatus, and method for manufacturing a cap. The cap (104) may include a base (106) defining an orifice therethrough, and a lid ((108) coupled with the base. The lid may include a top surface (125), a bottom surface (134) that is opposite to the top surface, a plug (122) extending from the bottom surface for a first distance, and a brim (114) extending from bottom surface for a second distance that is less than or equal to the first distance. The brim includes a first curve (208) at least partially extending from the bottom surface away from the top surface, and a second curve (210) at least partially extending from the top surface, away from the bottom surface. The brim defines at least a portion of an engagement surface that faces at least partially away from a centerline of the lid. The cap is operable between an open position and a closed position.

LOCKABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER CLOSURE
A beverage container closure or lid that is adapted for closing an open end of a beverage container is provided. The lid is selectively couplable to the beverage container and includes a selectively openable cover that, when closed, creates a fluid-tight seal between the beverage container and the environment. The lid is provided with a dual-locking mechanism including an actuation disk locking mechanism and a press-button locking mechanism. Each locking mechanism is operable to transition between a locking position and an unlocking position and opening the cover to permit the passage of fluid requires that both locking mechanism be in their respective unlocking positions.

Multi-component food packaging for microwave oven
A multi-component package is provided which enables simultaneous heat cooking of a food product which does not require a long cooking time and a food product which requires a longer cooking time. The multi-component package includes a lower container including a bottomed, lower container main body for containing a first food product. The container further includes an upper container including an upper container main body for containing a second filled food product. A flange of the lower container main body and a flange of the upper container main body are engaged with each other so that the lower container and the upper container are combined integrally. A vapor vent is provided in a lower container lid material, whereby water vapor generated upon heating of the first food product heats the second food product in the upper container.
MEDICATION PACKAGING AND DOSE REGIMEN SYSTEM
A medication container includes a body comprising a neck portion and defining a cavity that includes at least one compartment. At least one closure member disposed with the neck portion in alignment with at least one of the at least one compartment, the at least one closure member being rotatable relative to the body. The at least one closure member is movable between a medication accessible configuration and a tamper resistant configuration. Systems and methods of use are disclosed.

CORK AND PAPERBOARD BEVERAGE-PACKAGING CONTAINER
A beverage-packaging container is provided that includes a container body for receiving the liquid and a cork stopper for sealing the liquid contents within the container body. The sidewalls and bottom wall of the container body are formed of paperboard and are preferably formed of a layered, recycled paperboard. The top wall of the container body is formed of a cork material with a cork-receiving hole disposed within the top wall. The cork stopper has a truncated cone-shaped portion that is configured to engage frictionally with the edges of the cork-receiving hole. The cork stopper may also have a wooden crown to aid the user in grasping and removing the cork stopper from the top hole of the container body.
Injection closure system
An injection closure system includes a bottle containing a product to be distributed and a closure attached to the bottle and including nozzles. Each of the nozzles includes two holes through which the product is distributed from the bottle. The bottle includes a plurality of teeth extending around an outer surface of the bottle and the closure includes a plurality of teeth extending around an inner surface of the closure. When the closure is in a fully attached position on the bottle, the teeth of the bottle contact the teeth of the closure to prevent the closure from being removed from the bottle.
