A cap assembly comprising a body, a sealing membrane and a retaining ring. An opening is provided through the body and includes a recessed circumferential channel and a membrane engaging flange positioned proximate the recessed circumferential channel. The sealing membrane covers the opening and includes a body engaging flange and a pierceable surface. The retaining ring is positioned with the sealing membrane engagement surface in overlying engagement with the sealing membrane. Extension of the tab into the recessed circumferential channel of the body releasably maintains the overlying engagement and biases the retaining ring against the membrane. The inner wall structure of the retaining ring extends radially inward beyond the membrane engaging flange of the sealing membrane, to, in turn, protect the membrane.

A sealing structure for a multi-compartment box body, comprising: a box body, a box cover and an elastic sealing strip. Inside the box body is arranged at least one partition plate which divides the box body into two or more compartmentalized areas. The sealing strip includes an integral elastic sealing strip and a compartment elastic sealing strip, and both strips are integrally formed. The bottom end of the cover is provided with a protruding portion extending to the inside of the body, the peripheral side of the protruding portion is provided with an integral elastic sealing strip routing groove adapted to the integral elastic sealing strip, and the bottom end of the protruding portion is provided with a compartment elastic sealing strip routing groove adapted to the compartment elastic sealing strip. The both groove are communicated to each other.

A beverage container assembly has a container with an opening and a lid that closes the opening. The lid has a mouthpiece that extends laterally outwardly of the container to allow a person's head to remain upright or erect (i.e., minimizing or no head tilt movement) while drinking so as to not impede the user's straight-ahead vision, such as while driving. A powdered drink shaker bottle is provided with a rigid, disposable liner to minimize clean up and eliminate residual odors. The liner is shaped to fit inside the cup of the bottle, and includes a plurality of projections to facilitate mixing of a powdered drink in the bottle. The projections eliminate the need for a separate, removable mixing device, such as a ball or grate. An optional cap liner may also be provided.
