CONDIMENT BOTTLE
A condiment bottle includes a container and cap assembly. The cap assembly includes a securing part releasably connected to the container, a nozzle secured to the container by the securing part, and a closure part connected to both the securing part and the nozzle. The closure part is configured to move along a longitudinal axis of the condiment bottle from a closed position where the closure part sealingly engages the nozzle to an intermediate position where the closure part is spaced from and covering the top of the nozzle. The closure part is further configured to pivotally move from the intermediate position to an open position where the closure part is located along a sidewall of the nozzle.

CONTAINER FINISH HAVING IMPROVED RIM PLANARITY
A reinforced plastic container having improved rim planarity. The container has a non-round main body portion integral with a finish portion. The main body portion has a central longitudinal axis and defines a hollow interior of the container. The finish portion has an upper surface defining a rim with a circumference framing a round opening that provides access to the hollow interior of the container, a radially outwardly extending snap bead being adapted to receive and retain a closure and hermetically seal the container and including interrupted portions located around the circumference of the rim, and a plurality of reinforcements located in the interrupted portions of the snap bead and assuring substantial planarity of the upper surface of the rim even when substantial forces act on the container. Each reinforcement has a strut bounded by and centered between a pair of strut indents, with each indent supported by a buttress.

Child resistant airtight lid
An airtight lid for a jar includes a sealing gasket that forms an airtight seal with the jar for the storage of aromatic or otherwise odoriferous contents within the jar. The airtight lid also includes and a child resistant opening mechanism that requires a simultaneous combination of a directed force and a torque to remove the lid from the jar.

Container cap liner for vials containing volatile and gas compounds
A container cap liner that that facilitates the storage of gases and various volatile organic compounds (VOCs). More particularly, the container cap liner reduces the loss of gases and various volatile compounds thereby providing for relatively longer storage periods with relatively more accurate analytical analysis.
Container, closure, and methods for manufacture
In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods provided herein are useful for dispensing a fluid, such as a thixotropic fluid. In some embodiments, a bottle having a closure cap includes a flip top, a base, and a disk, where the base and disk define a mixing chamber configured to facilitate mixing of any serum or liquid separated from the fluid back therein. In some configurations, the base has a central opening through which the fluid exits and an internal shaft with a non-planar end surface opposite the central opening. In some configurations, the non-planar end surface and the disk define channels between the mixing chamber and the internal shaft. In some embodiments, the disk includes a central opening, a plurality of partial annular openings through a planar surface of the disk, and projections extending into the mixing chamber.

HORIZONTAL SUBSTRATE CONTAINER WITH INTEGRAL CORNER SPRING FOR SUBSTRATE CONTAINMENT
A substrate container including substrate supports, such as concentric rings, adapted to receive substrates in a substrate stack. The container includes a base and a top cover to enclose the substrate stack. A latching mechanism is adapted to latch the top cover to the base and secure the substrate stack within the container. The latching mechanism includes resilient corner flanges on an outside portion of the container, the flanges acting as springs to exert a biasing force on the cover and on the substrate stack. The flanges hold the stack within the container while accommodating stack-up uncertainty caused by the accumulation of uncertainties due to component machining tolerances. In some embodiments, a gap is created between a side wall of the top cover and the base of the container to assure compression of the substrate stack. Deflection limiters may be implemented to prevent over-deflection of the flanges.
