Tethered Cap and Spout
Disclosed herein are tethered cap and spout combinations. The tethered cap and spout combinations prevent loss of the cap after opening. In an implementation, the tethered cap and spout combinations may provide mechanisms for puncturing or opening a seal that may be present at a throat or neck of the container which provides both an anti-tampering and freshness function. In an implementation, the tethered cap and spout combinations may provide anti-tampering mechanisms. In an implementation, the tethered cap and spout combinations may provide mechanisms to hold an opened and tethered cap away from the container opening during use.
Protrusion on Container Neck
A protrusion on a container neck is provided. The protrusion is configured to interface with hinged, tethered closures to bias the body of the closure away from the container neck.

Closing Cap for Containers
The invention relates to a closing cap for containers, particularly intended for containers that have an opening in a neck provided with an outer threaded portion, comprising a lower ring intended for being coupled to the neck of the container and an upper cap having an inner threaded region configured for being coupled to the outer threaded portion of a container neck, the upper cap and the lower ring being articulated to each other by means of a hinged portion, such that the lower ring is formed by an annular-shaped body. Said lower ring has a section with a diameter larger than the remaining section of the annular-shaped body, wherein the hinged portion is located in the section with the larger diameter.

Compact cap and cap and container assembly with an opening block, after opening
A compact cap with an opening block, after opening, for a container having a mouthpiece, includes a base ring preventing separation from the mouthpiece, a protective cap or cover for opening and closing the mouthpiece, a hinge arrangement that makes the base ring and the cover integral, and frangible bridges, which connect a lower edge of the cover with an upper edge of the base ring when the cover is closing on the ring base and the mouthpiece. The hinge arrangement includes a plurality of spaced strips or bridges, which connect the cover and the base ring, and an extension enlarged outwardly, which forms an integral part of an annular collar and is obtained at the lower end of the cover, and which becomes engaged with the mouthpiece when the cover is rotated from a closed position to an open position to provide a stable open position of the cover.

Measuring apparatus and method for capsules
There are disclosed a measuring apparatus and method for measuring the pull-off force of a frangible arrangement connecting a capsule with a tamper evident band of closed annular shape, with an annular ridge that axially retains the tamper evident band, a pusher device that pushes the capsule so as to cause the breakage of the frangible arrangement, a sensor arrangement to detect the tensile force applied by the pusher device, and a lifting and abutting device arranged for supply the capsule to the annular ridge. There are further disclosed a band disengagement arrangement for disengaging the tamper evident band from the annular ridge after the breakage of the frangible arrangement, yet maintaining intact the closed annular shape of the tamper evident band.
