OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE FOR A CONTAINER FOR POURABLE PRODUCTS
Opening/closing device (1) for a container (100) for pourable products having at least one pierceable portion (101), said opening/closing device comprising a collar (2) combinable with said container at said pierceable portion, a cap (3) provided with a lower portion (3a) and displaceable on the outer surface (2a) of said collar (2) in a constrained and only rotatable way by first guiding means (40) interposed between said collar (2) and said lower portion (3a), and a cutting element (5) movable in a constrained way inside said collar (2) by second guiding means (60), which are interposed between said cutting element (5) and said collar (2) to sever said pierceable portion, said device (1) further comprising pushing means (7) for said cutting element (5) which are driven by said cap (3), at least during its first displacement on said outer surface (2a) of said collar (2), such as to aid the displacement of said at least one cutting element inside said collar in direction of said pierceable portion, said cap (3) comprising at least one lid (3b) rotatably constrained with respect to said lower portion (3a) of said cap (3) between an opening position (PI) and a closing position (P2), and vice-versa, characterized by comprising rel easing/engaging means (10) between said lid (3b) and said collar (2) such as to allow the opening/closing of said lid depending on the rotation angle reached by said cap (3) with respect to said collar (2), after the first displacement of said cap on said outer surface (2a) of said collar (2), said opening of the lid being allowed only when said cap reaches a rotation angle such as the pouring is handier for the user, and once the lid has been reclosed, said lied being lockable in stable position with the collar by rotating the cap with respect to the collar so that to reach a rotation angle different from that in which said lid is rotatable with respect to the lower portion of the cap.
Tethered Plastic Screw Stopper and Method for Making Thereof
The present disclosure relates to a tethered plastic screw stopper for closing a bottle. The stopper comprises a tamper band, a closure shell, and an annular strip positioned between and connected to the tamper band and the closure shell. The tamper band comprises a first bottom hinge connected to the annular strip, and the closure shell comprises a second top hinge connected to the annular strip and diametrically opposite the first bottom hinge. A bottom weakness line is positioned between the tamper band and the annular strip proximate to the bottom hinge, and a top weakness line is positioned between the annular strip and the closure shell proximate to the top hinge. Also disclosed is a method for making the tethered plastic screw stopper.

STORAGE APPARATUS FOR A VEHICLE
Apparatus is provided for a storage system that can be securely and reversibly installed in a vehicle. The apparatus presented comprises a storage unit which may readily store multiple small-to-medium objects, and which may be securely fastened to the vehicle frame or vehicle elements. The apparatus further presents aspects allowing easy access to the storage unit, for loading and unloading, and allowing the storage unit to be securely fastened closed for storage. The storage apparatus' storage unit may comprise a single sheet of material, folded and joined to create adjacent sides. The present invention solves problems with the currently available apparatuses of vehicle storage systems.

Tamper-evident container lock
A lock for a food container of the type having a lower front flap and a partially-overlapping upper front flap, comprises an elongated body that has a tapered front end, a rear end, and a transverse stop disposed between the front end and the rear end. The front end of the elongated body has at least one angled resilient flange that has have a distal end adapted to flex towards the body temporarily in a compressed position when under force. Thereafter the at least one flange springs back to a natural position once inserted through front flap apertures of the container, inhibiting the removal thereof without breaking a perforated section or an otherwise frangible section of the container, thereby leaving evidence that the container has been opened. An embodiment that includes a clasp for receiving the front end of the body with a bag therebetween is also disclosed.
Resealable Pouring Element for Cardboard/Plastic Composite Packages With a Tamper-Evident Seal to Indicate the Initial Opening
Represented and described is a resealable pouring element for cardboard/plastic composite packages, in particular beverage packages, with a base element having a circumferential fastening flange as well as an external thread, with opening means arranged at least in the unopened state of the pouring element in the interior of the base element and with a screw cap with internal thread, wherein the opening means are designed such that when the composite package is initially opened by unscrewing the screw cap by breaking the composite material of the package or a barrier layer located in the base element, a pour opening is created inside the pouring element and wherein at least one tamper-evident seal is arranged between the base element and the screw cap. In order to reduce the assembly effort for such a resealable pouring element, it is provided that an anchor ring is arranged below the screw cap and is connected to the screw cap via a hinge a rotationally fixed manner and in that the tamper-evident seal consists of an indicating element, whose one end is fixedly connected to the anchor ring or the screw cap and in which the other end is connected to the anchor ring by means of a predetermined breaking point in such manner that the predetermined breaking point of at least one mandrel element arranged on the fastening flange is broken when the screw cap is unscrewed and thus indicates to the consumer that an initial opening has already taken place.
CLOSURE DEVICE FOR CONTAINER
A closure device for a container that defines a neck and an annular flange. The closure device comprises a cap body, a tamper evidence (TE) band positioned below the annular flange, a tongue that extends from the cap body towards the tamper evidence band and first and second leashes positioned on either side of the tongue. The first and second leashes connect the cap body to the tamper evidence (TE) band, and allow the cap body to be removed from the neck of the container while remaining attached to the tamper evidence (TE) band. When the cap body is actuated to a fully open position the first and second leashes act as a torsion spring for causing the tongue to exert a force against the neck of the container for retaining the cap body in the fully open position.
