LOCKING CAP FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTIONS
A locking cap may be selectively locked into place within a tubular opening, such as the open end of a standpipe used to charge a building sprinkler system. The locking cap may have a plug portion. A friction load can be used to limit the unauthorized removal of the plug portion.

Sealed valve box assembly and method of installing a sealing gasket to provide a sealed valve box assembly
A sealed valve box assembly includes a valve box lid made of a rigid material, a valve box body made of a rigid material, and an annular sealing gasket made of a resilient compressible material. The valve box body has a central opening in which an annular void is created when the valve box lid is inserted therein with a circumferential row of spaced apart vertical protuberances on the valve box lid. The annular sealing gasket has a circumferential row of spaced apart vertical channels matching the circumferential row of spaced apart vertical protuberances such that the vertical channels on the annular sealing gasket interfit with the vertical protuberances on the valve box lid so as to provide an air-tight press-fitted sealed relationship between the valve box lid and valve box body.

SEALING CAP
A sealing cap for a compressor is made of an elastically-deformable material and includes a plug portion, a bolt insertion portion, a tab portion, and a plate-like body portion. The plug portion is to be inserted into a fluid port of a compressor to plug the fluid port. The plate-like body portion integrally joins the plug portion, the bolt insertion portion, and the tab portion. The bolt insertion portion extends from a front surface of the body portion. The tab portion is formed on the front surface of the body portion. The plug portion is projectingly formed on a rear surface of the body portion. The tab portion includes a ring having an annular shape, and is located opposite to the bolt insertion portion across the plug portion. The ring has an opening that extends through the ring in a direction that crosses insertion direction of the plug portion.

System for protecting coated pipes for on-land and subsea pipelines and the method for protecting pipes
This invention encompasses a system and a method used in the petrochemical and mechanical engineering area, more specifically in the area of protecting pipes or similarly shaped objects against external or internal damage or wear, which comprises a protective system for the ends and the inside of coated pipes, using the coating itself and other additional devices. The system is comprised of a cup (1), spacer (2), coating (3), external ring (4), and cap (5) used in the production line of the pipe-coating process, using the external coating itself, preventing corrosion and mechanical damage at the ends/bevel, in the sandblasted area of the collar and internal surface, from storage and transport to the location where it will be used, and welding in the field or on the vessel.
Thin wall product display tube
A thin-walled polypropylene product display tube. The thin-walled polypropylene product display tube includes a tubular member having a closed end, an open end, an inner diameter and, between the closed end and the open end, a first outer diameter, the open end terminating in a flared portion having a second outer diameter, the tubular member having a wall thickness sufficient to yield a level of haze equal to or less than 8%. A process for forming a thin-walled polypropylene product display tube is also provided.

Collating Strip for Plug and Plug Installation Method
A collating strip for holding plugs prior to insertion of the plugs into a hole such as a screw hole or nail hole after the screw or nail has been driven. The collating strip comprises an elongated strip having a plurality of perforations spaced along its length; and a plug positioned in each of the perforations, each plug having an insertion end and an external end, the insertion ends projecting from said strip. The strips may be in sheet form of a plurality of strips side by side with an individual strip being separable from the remaining strips of the sheet.
