Packaged-body producing method
A packaged-body producing method that minimizes damage to packaged bodies due to constriction or the like and that enables formation of packaged bodies in various shapes is provided. The method includes a first step in which a plurality of packages 10 accommodating toilet paper rolls or the like are stacked, and recesses are provided at predetermined positions of the stacked form; a second step in which a packaging film 20 is spirally wound on the sides of the package stack form; and a third step in which the packaging film 20 is wound so as to cover the circumference, including an upper end portion and a lower end portion, of the package stack form.
UNITIZED LOAD COVERS
A unitized load cover includes a top panel, at least one first side panel coupled to the top panel and extending downward from the top panel, and at least one second side panel coupled to the top panel and extending downward from the top panel. One of the second side panels can be next to or across from one of the first side panel. An average thickness of the first side panel is greater than an average thickness of the second side panel, where the average thickness of a panel is a distance between an outside surface and an inside surface of the panel averaged over a surface area of the panel. The first side panel, second side panel, and top panel define a cavity configured to receive at least one unitized load.
WRAPPING DEVICE WITH EXTENDABLE BRACKETS FOR SECURING AND SUPPORTING PALLETIZED MATERIALS
Implementations of the present disclosure generally relate to a reusable wrapping device for securing loaded goods on a pallet. Particularly, the wrapping device according to the present disclosure at least one extendable bracket and a wrapping strap. The extendable bracket may be clamped onto a pallet load prior to securing the wrapping strap to the pallet load.
Rolled paper product cargo assemblages and method for making rolled paper product cargo assemblages
Aspects of the present disclosure relate to cargo assemblages that may include containers of rolled products stacked on pallets in an underhung or partially underhung configuration and secured thereto with film and methods of producing such cargo assemblages. The load may include containers of absorbent paper product arranged in stacked layers from a bottom layer of containers to a top layer of containers. The load and the pallet are sized such that the load defines a footprint that is smaller, at least in some portions, than a footprint of the pallet to create an underhung or partially underhung configuration. A film may be applied to connect the load with the pallet and to connect neighboring stacked layers together. The film may be wrapped around the pallet and/or layers of containers with a wrap profile having different characteristics, such as for example, containment forces; tensions; numbers of layers, and/or locations of layers with respect to the load, the pallet, and/or each other.
METHOD OF PACKAGING SIDING PANELS
One aspect of the disclosure is a method of packaging a plurality siding panels. The method includes providing a plurality of siding panels, each siding panel having a front face, a rear face, top edge, a bottom edge, and a support member secured to the rear face, placing a first siding panel vertically within a box, the box having a first side, a second side, a top side, and a bottom side, and placing a second siding panel vertically within the box next to the first siding panel.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HDSS ROLL PACKAGING
A method of forming a gum roll is provided. The method includes providing a strip stock having a first end, a first surface, and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first end of the strip stock is coupled to a core fixture so the first surface interfaces with the core fixture. The strip stock is rotated to wind the strip stock onto the core fixture such that the first surface interfaces with the second surface to form the gum roll. The method further includes cutting the strip stock to form the second end when the gum roll is wound to an outer roll diameter, the outer roll diameter being greater than a diameter of the core fixture.
FREESTANDING FLOOR DISPLAY OF CONSUMER PRODUCTS
Disclosed are freestanding displays of packaged consumer products, particularly consumer paper products. The packaged consumer goods generally comprise one or more goods disposed in a carton, such as a folded paperboard box that is at least partially overwrapped with a film having a plurality of graphic elements disposed thereon. The graphic elements are preferably disposed on the film such that at least two panels of the resulting packages are visually similar, and two panels are visually distinct. The packages may be stacked in arrays to form a display having two more faces that are visually similar. The present freestanding display helps consumers recognize the packaged products from a distance even when displayed amongst other packaged goods in a crowded supermarket or club store.
PARTICLE COLLECTION CONTAINER, STACK, AND METHOD
A particle collection container that is designed as a stand structure for a cyclonic pre-separator, can be positioned on a flat underlying surface in a stable manner, and has an open upper face on which the cyclonic pre-separator can be placed, includes a rectangular container base and four container peripheral walls which extend upwards from the container base and define a horizontal outer contour of the particle collection container. The horizontal outer contour defined by the container peripheral walls tapers towards the container base, and the particle collection container can be stacked into an identical particle collection container.
SIMPLIFIED PALLET
In order to supply simplified pallet capable of preventing the transportation case from being deformed or damaged by making easier to support the load of the transportation case to be loaded, the simplified pallet member to be arranged and used at the four corners under the transportation case is equipped with installation portion to install the transportation case and grounded portion projected downward integrally from the installation portion and the internal dimension shape of the corner portion of the installation portion and outer edge shape of the corner portion of the grounded portion are made agreeable through plane viewing.
PAD
A layer pad (10) comprises a substantially flat sheet (12) having first and second opposite substantially planar faces (14, 16). The layer pad (10) further includes at least one raised formation (18) on at least one of the faces (14, 16).
