Packaging for a multipart landscape lighting unit

A packaging system protects and retains all the components of a lighting unit with a resilient binding unit. The packaging system is used for a lighting unit with a first component having a first elongate member and a second component having a second elongate member. It also includes a carrier base with a first and second aperture used to receive and hold the first and second elongate member at a first longitudinal location. The second aperture is located proximate to the first aperture. The packaging also includes a resilient binding element for holding the first and second components with a first and second ring to receive and hold the first and second elongate member at a second longitudinal location, where the second longitudinal location being spaced a distance from the first longitudinal location. The binding element is used to inhibit the first and second components from being longitudinally moved relative to each other.

Barrel tie-down bracket

A bracket for securing a container or an array of co-planarly adjacent containers, such as cylindrical barrels or oil drums to a transport vehicle. Each bracket can include a generally ring-shaped circular, planar body having a diameter sized to substantially match the outer diameter of the circular end of the barrel. Six couplings extend radially outwardly from the peripheral sidewall of the bracket body at angularly evenly spaced apart locations. The axial positions of the couplings can be reciprocatingly staggered so that couplings extending from adjacent brackets can overlap and interconnect to one another, thereby conjoining the brackets across the array. Hooked cables can secure the vehicle to the couplings.

PACKAGING SYSTEM FOR ASEPTIC FILLING OF SMALL VOLUME VIALS

A packaging system for aseptically packaging, filling, and sealing medical containers includes a container tray (100) having a container cell (120) for receiving and stabilizing the medicine container. The system also includes a stopper holder (300) with a stopper cell (320) forming a closed body with a distal opening, an interior space, a proximal wall opposite the distal opening, and a proximal outer surface (330). The stopper cell (320) is configured for releasably securing the stopper and releasing the stopper into a fill opening of the medicine container when a compressive force is exerted on the proximal outer surface of the stopper cell (320).

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING A MULTIPACK WITH SEVERAL BEVERAGE CONTAINERS

An apparatus (1) for assembling several beverage containers (2) into a multipack (4) is disclosed. The apparatus (1) comprises a horizontal conveying device (5) for moving groupings (3), each grouping (3) comprising several beverage containers (2). The apparatus (1) also comprises at least one working device (25) that applies packaging blanks (41) to the groupings (3). The beverage containers (2) of a grouping (3) pass through openings in the packaging blank (41) and are held together by the packaging blank (41). The apparatus (1) furthermore comprises at least one handling apparatus (15) which places the beverage containers (2) on the horizontal conveying device (5) such that the beverage containers (2) are in alignment with respect to one another. The alignment of the beverage containers (2) allows the packaging blank (41) to be applied to the beverage containers (2) directly upon their placement on the horizontal conveying device (5).

Carton and blank therefor

A top engaging carrier includes a main panel which has an aperture for receiving a portion of an article. The main panel includes an annular series of tabs formed around the aperture. The aperture defines a first edge of each of the tabs of the annular series. The tabs are hingedly connected to the main panel such that they yield out of the plane of the main panel when an article is received in the aperture. One of the tabs of the annular series is defined at least in part by a first cutline extending from the aperture into the main panel. The first cutline separating at least a portion of the one tab from an adjacent tab. The main panel also includes a second cutline. The second cutline defines a portion of a second edge of each of the one tab and the adjacent tab, wherein the second edge opposes the first edge.
