A deliver tray for medical items includes a plurality of receiving spaces each intended to receive a single medical item. The lower face of the tray has a plurality of caps, the caps being arranged and sized such that when the tray is stacked on a second identical tray, the caps of the tray are able to close the receiving spaces of the second tray. A packaging system comprises a vessel having an opening, a bottom and a peripheral wall. The system also includes a stack formed by a plurality of trays, and a porous lid that is sealed on the upper edge of the peripheral wall of the vessel (10) to close it. The disclosure also relates to a packaging method, in particular, comprising a vacuumization step.

20220081141 · 2022-03-17 ·

A packaging system for medical stoppers formed by a cap mounted on a plug, the packaging system comprising: a vessel; at least one tray provided with cavities, each of which receives a medical stopper arranged such that the cap, together with an upper face of the tray, defines a closed compartment for individually isolating the plug, the tray being placed in the vessel; and a porous lid sealed on the vessel. This disclosure also relates to a packaging method, comprising the steps of: providing a vessel; arranging a tray in the vessel; arranging at least one stopper in a cavity; sealing a porous lid on the vessel; placing the vessel in at least one sealed bag, and evacuating the bag.

HOLDING DEVICE COMPRISING FIRST AND SECOND COMPONENTS

An arrangement includes a holding device for primary packaging containers including: a first component including first receptacles and spanning a first component plane; and a second component including second receptacles and spanning a second component plane. The first component and the second component superimpose one another such that each primary packaging container can be detachably accommodated in one of the first receptacles and the second receptacles such that the first component and the second component together restrict movement of the primary packaging container in one of the component planes and in a direction which is perpendicular to one of the component planes. For each of the first receptacles, there is one of the second receptacles which has a minimum distance from the first receptacle and, for each of the first receptacles, the minimum distance is predetermined by the second component, a third component of the holding device, or both.

HOLDING DEVICE FOR HOLDING A PLURALITY OF CONTAINERS IN A POSITIVE FIT WHICH IS ESTABLISHED BY A DISPLACEMENT MOVEMENT

A holding device is provided that has a base body having a plurality of openings in a first surface and a plurality of holding elements each having a movable surface. The plurality of holding elements are arranged with respect to the plurality of openings, respectively, such that a container extending in a respective opening of the plurality of openings is held by a respective one of the plurality of holding elements in a positive fit. The movable surface faces the container in a direction that is perpendicular to a height of the container. The holding element establishes the positive fit by a displacement movement of the movable surface. The displacement movement has a direction of movement that inclines an angle with the height of the container in a range from 60 to 120°.
