A series of electronic components formed using a carrier tape. The carrier tape is adapted to enable smoothly picking up even small-sized electronic components with a suction nozzle. The carrier tape has housing holes housing electronic components therein. The housing holes are arranged in the longitudinal direction. A top tape and a bottom tape are attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the carrier tape. Interval portions between the housing holes are provided with concave slots in their lower surfaces, thereby forming air flow paths. The air flow paths form air passages which enable smoothly picking up the small-sized electronic components using a suction nozzle.

A loading target part is in contact with a bottom surface of the first adhesive layer. The second protective film includes a second adhesive layer. The loading target part is in contact with an upper surface of the second adhesive layer. The cover film is in contact with a portion of the second adhesive layer exposed by a distance (e.g., a predetermined or selectable distance) from an edge of the first protective film in a direction. Since the loading target part is fixed to the tray by the cover film instead of the protective films, contamination of the loading target part or the tray due to the first adhesive layer or the second adhesive layer may be prevented.

In the group of packaging structure, at least one plate avoidance hole and at least one substrate avoidance hole are corresponding and serve as a avoidance hole group, and a support pin of a light board in a group of packaging structure located below passes through an avoidance hole group in at least one group of packaging structure located above.
