PACKAGING FILM AND POUCH CONTAINER
A packaging film of the present disclosure is a packaging film comprising a substrate layer, an aqueous colored ink layer, an intermediate layer, and a covering layer layered in this order, wherein aqueous colored ink layer comprises a binder resin and a coloring agent, and intermediate layer comprises a curing agent having reactivity with the binder resin in aqueous colored ink layer. The packaging film having the aqueous colored ink layer excellent in both characteristics of water resistance and sticking tendency to the substrate layer is provided.
LAMINATED FILM, PACKAGING BAG, PACKAGE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED FILM
A laminated film includes, in the following order, a predetermined layer, an adhesive layer containing an adhesive component and polyvalent metal particles or polyvalent metal compound particles mixed with the adhesive component, and a sealant layer laminated, in which a ratio of a maximum diameter of aggregates formed of the polyvalent metal particles or the polyvalent metal compound particles to a minimum diameter of the aggregates is 14.0 times or less.
Flexible pouch for two-component products
A flexible pouch for two-component products includes a front panel, a back panel and a pair of side seals. An upper compartment is formed between the front panel, the back panel, one of the pair of side seals, an intermediate side seal and a bottom frangible seal. A lower compartment is formed beneath the upper compartment between the front panel and the back panel. A vertical passage extends between the intermediate side seal and another of the pair of side seals from the lower compartment to an opening. Rupture of the bottom frangible seal provides a fluid passageway from the upper compartment to the lower compartment.
Multilayer laminate film assembly and standing pouch
A multilayer laminate film assembly is provided, which includes at least two multilayer substrate films, each substrate film having at least a first outer layer and a second outer layer, and wherein the at least two multilayer substrate films each include at least two layers of a different class of material. In the laminate film assembly, the at least two substrate films are laminated together, preferably wherein the class of material of the first outer layer differs from the class of material of the second outer layer. The multilayer substrate films are from the same type of substrate. A standing pouch is further provided which includes a front panel, a back panel, and a bottom panel, wherein all panels are from the multilayer laminate film.
COMPOSITION AND CONTAINER, KIT, METHOD OF USE
A single-dose composition and related kits and methods, including powder mannitol at an amount from 50 to 200 grams, wherein the powder mannitol has a bulk density ranging from 0.4 g/ml to 0.65 g/ml is described. A percentage ranging from 90% to 100% by weight of the particles of powder mannitol has a particle size distribution ranging from 1 μm to 500 μm.
POUCH ENCLOSURE HAVING GUSSET-SHAPED FILLING OPENING
An enclosure includes a first panel, a second panel coupled with the first panel along outer edges of the first panel and the second panel, and a gusset panel having first and second legs. The first leg may be coupled with the first panel. The second leg may have opposite ends and a middle portion with at least the middle portion separate from the first panel and the second panel. The second leg and the second panel may form an auxiliary port through which product can be loaded into an interior volume disposed between the first panel and the second panel. The middle portion of the second leg of the gusset panel may be coupled with the second panel after the product is loaded into the interior volume between the first panel and the second panel to enclose the product in the interior volume.
MULTILAYER POLYETHYLENE LAMINATES AND FILMS FOR USE IN FLEXIBLE PACKAGING MATERIALS
Embodiments of multilayer films and laminate structures for flexible packaging comprise a multilayer polyolefin film comprising at least 3 layers. The multilayer polyolefin film comprises a first surface layer comprising: a first composition comprising at least one ethylene based polymer, wherein the first composition comprises a Molecular Weighted Comonomer Distribution Index (MWCDI) value greater than 0.9, and a melt index ratio (I.sub.10/I.sub.2) that meets the following equation: I.sub.10/I.sub.2≥7.0−1.2×log (I.sub.2). The first surface layer also comprises a second composition comprising an ethylene based polymer having a density from 0.890 to 0.925 g/cc and a melt index (I.sub.2) from 0.2 to 2.0 g/10 min. The multilayer polyolefin film also comprises a first intermediate layer comprising the first composition.
PACKAGING BAG
A packaging bag including a polyester-based multilayer film. The multilayer film includes at least: an innermost layer formed of a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film; a layer formed of polybutylene terephthalate; and/or a layer formed of a blend of polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate. The biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film has a heat sealing portion that is amorphized or low-crystallized by laser light irradiation. The packaging bag is formed by allowing the innermost layers of the polyester-based multilayer film to be opposed to and superimposed on each other, and heat sealing the heat sealing portions.
PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR COOKING FOOD
A packaging device allowing for the distribution, storage and cooking of various food products, such as perishable or frozen food product(s). The packaging device includes a plurality of micro-perforations that may promote the extended shelf-life of the perishable food product and the maintenance of the quality of the perishable food product or be configured to maintain the integrity of a frozen food product. The packaging device also includes a venting system that allows the cooking of the perishable or frozen food products within the packaging device.
SHELF-STABLE POUCH FOR FRESH-PACKED FRUITS OR VEGETABLES
An assembly may include a shelf-stable pouch for fruits or vegetables. The assembly may comprise a pouch having a closed condition and an open configuration. The dosed configuration may be configured to seal portions of at least one of the fruits and vegetables and brine prior to heating the pouch for pasteurization. The open condition may allow for the removal and serving of the portions after pasteurization from heating,
