A first packaging material includes at least one layer located in both a first region and a second region. A second packaging material includes at least one layer located in both the first region and the second region. The hole includes a proximate position where the distance between the hole and the outer edge of the pouch in a center-of-gravity direction is shortest, the center-of-gravity direction being a direction in which a center-of-gravity line passing through the center of the pouch and the center of the hole extends. A communication part is connected with the hole at a position that is spaced apart from the proximate position in a direction orthogonal to the center-of-gravity direction. The outline of the communication part that extends from the hole to the outer edge includes a first line and a second line. The first line is located closer to the proximate position than is the second line. In the center-of-gravity direction, the distance from a first connection point to the outer edge is greater than the distance from the proximate position to the outer edge, the first connection point being a point where the first line is connected with the hole.

DEHUMIDIFICATION BAG AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a dehumidification bag and a preparation method thereof. The dehumidification bag comprises a bag body including a first side sheet and a second side sheet, the side sheet comprises an air-permeability and/or a composite film, wherein at least all or part of at least one side sheet is an air-permeability film; a moisture-proof layer covers the outside of the air-permeability. The dehumidification bag provided by the present invention provides an air-permeability on the bag body, and adopts heat sealing between the outer surface of the air-permeability layer and the moisture-proof layer, so that the air-permeability and the moisture-proof layer are in close contact without moisture absorption, which effectively prevents damage during transportation and storage. In the process, the air-permeability is in contact with the air in the outer bag and the effect of the dehumidifier becomes poor or invalid; by setting the moisture-proof layer to be tearable, when the buyer uses the dehumidification bag, the moisture-proof layer can be torn off, which is convenient and fast.

A multilayer barrier film for food packaging comprises an outer layer comprising a first polymeric material having a moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) of greater than or equal to 10 gram.Math.mil/100 in.sup.2/day; a first inner layer adjacent to the outer layer, the first inner layer comprising a first retortable grade ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) copolymer; a second inner layer adjacent to the first inner layer, the second inner layer comprising a second polymeric material having a moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) of greater than or equal to 10 gram.Math.mil/100 in.sup.2/day; a third inner layer adjacent to the second inner layer, the third inner layer comprising a second retortable grade EVOH copolymer; and a sealing layer adjacent to the third inner layer; wherein the first polymeric material is not a retortable grade EVOH copolymer. Excellent recovery of oxygen barrier over time is achieved by these films and retortable containers made therefrom.

Flexible containers having improved seam and methods of making the same

A non-durable flexible container can include a first film wall including a first portion comprising at least one first structural support member defined in the first film wall, and a second portion that is free of a structural support member. The container can further include a second film wall including at least one second structural support member defined in the second film wall, wherein at least a portion of the first structural support member is adjacent to at least a portion of the second structural support member to define a seam region, and a side of the seam region defines an edge of the non-durable flexible container. The container can also include a closed produce volume defined between first and second film walls; and a seam projecting outwardly from the seam region at an intersection of the first and second film walls.

PACKAGE COMPRISING A BAG AND A STACK OF ABSORBENT ARTICLES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A package (1000) comprising a bag (100) and a stack of absorbent articles (200) having a substantially rectangular shape, wherein the stack of absorbent articles is arranged in the bag, wherein the bag (100) is made of a paper material having a basis weight between 60 and 100 g/m2 measured according to the ISO 536 standard, wherein the bag (100) has a closed bottom (110), a closed top (120), and a peripheral wall (130) betwen said bottom and said top, wherein the bag is provided at least on an inner surface of the bag near the top, with a sealable coating (140); wherein the closed top (120) is realized by a sealed portion (145) of said sealable coating (140).

DRINKS POUCH

A fully sealed pouch containing a drink is provided with a straw within the pouch accessible to allow a user to draw drink from the pouch. The pouch defines a top portion, a bottom portion, and respective side edges interconnecting the top portion and the bottom portion. A corner portion is defined between the top portion and one side edge, the corner portion being openable by a user to access the straw. The pouch forms a closed cavity containing the drink, the cavity being defined by the top portion, the bottom portion, and side edges and by at least one wall defining a front face and a rear face for the cavity. The front and rear faces are connected together in the top portion. The front and rear faces are continuous with each other at, or are connected along, the other of the side edges. The front and rear faces are connected, optionally via a gusset, to provide the bottom portion. The one side edge is formed by a first heat seal connecting the front and rear faces; and a second heat seal connects the front and rear faces and extends in an incomplete fashion from the top portion to the bottom portion, being spaced inboard of the first heat seal. The second heat seal divides the interior of the cavity into major and minor portions interconnected so that drink may flow between them, the minor portion lying between the first and second heat seals, and the straw being located within this minor portion. A number of different ways are described in which the corner portion may be opened along a line of weakness formed in the pouch and extending generally parallel to the top edge or the bottom portion from the first heat seal to and ending at the second heat seal.
