Medical packaging with a packaging sleeve and outer vacuum packaging
Medical packaging for the sterile storage of medical articles in a hermetically and sterile sealable packaging sleeve. The packing generally includes at least two parts, with a sealed, film-like outer packaging, which at least partially encloses the packaging sleeve in a form-fitting manner and provides a pressure that is reduced with respect to the atmosphere. At least one end face of the packaging sleeve may be designed to be flattened, wherein a length of the outer packaging is generally longer than a length of the packaging sleeve and projects beyond the end face region of the packaging sleeve. A sealing or welding seam may be arranged at least in the end face region of the packaging sleeve, wherein at least one of the end faces of the packaging sleeve, preferably both end faces, are designed so as to be flattened off. The end-sided transition from the packaging sleeve into the outer packaging is substantially wrinkle free.
SACK FOR MAILING OR DUNNAGE
A sack for mailing at least one item or for dunnage is provided. The sack is formed by two facing panels sealed along a perimeter. Each panel is at least one-ply and the ply has a layer of paper having a grammage from 35 to 450 g/m.sup.2 and a film of an extruded or laminated polymer covering one face of the layer of paper.

Packaging Bag
A packaging bag has a bottom member folded in half along a folding line and sandwiched between two body members. Body seal portions with surfaces of the body members joined along left and right circumferential edge portions of the packaging bag are formed on a side above the folding line. A bottom seal portion with an inner surface of the bottom member joined to the inner surfaces of the body members is formed on a side below the folding line. An unsealed portion surrounded by the body seal portions and the bottom seal portion accommodates a content. Resin layers of the body members and the bottom member are formed of a polyethylene-based resin film. Boundary portions between the bottom seal portion and the unsealed portion have a convex shape toward the upper side of the packaging bag near a part in contact with the body seal portions.

Sealed Break-Open Package and Corresponding Method for the Production Thereof
A sealed break-open package having: a wrapping sheet, which is folded and welded onto itself so as to define, alone, a closed containing chamber, which is designed to contain a fluid product and has a dispensing through opening, through which the fluid product can flow out of the containing chamber; and a closing system, which engages the dispensing opening in a sealing manner, so as to close the dispensing opening. The closing system having a semi-rigid plastic material sheet, which overlaps the wrapping sheet in the area of the dispensing opening, is firmly and permanently connected to the wrapping sheet, and has a pre-weakened region, which overlaps the dispensing opening and guides, following a folding of the semi-rigid plastic material sheet, a controlled breaking of the semi-rigid plastic material sheet in the area of the pre-weakened region, so as to determine the formation, through the semi-rigid plastic material sheet, of a product outlet opening.

WRAPPING SHEET AND WRAPPED ABSORBENT ARTICLE
A wrapping sheet for an absorbent article which is configured to be wrapped around the absorbent article such that a first region including one end of the wrapping sheet in a lengthwise direction overlaps a second region including an opposite end of the wrapping sheet in the lengthwise direction, and which is provided with a seal portion at edges of the wrapping sheet in a widthwise direction that is openably sealed to enable wrapping of the absorbent article, wherein a colorant layer is formed on an exposed region exposed to an outside when the absorbent article is wrapped, such that the absorbent article is not easily visible from the outside, and wherein a portion of the seal portion between the first region and the second region does not have the colorant layer, or has the colorant layer at an area ratio of 30% or less.

RECYCLABLE SACHETS
Sachets composed of metal barrier layers that can include both a sealant and an external protective coating material. The sealant provides heat sealing, and product formulation protection properties, while the barrier material functions to reduce the moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) into or out of the sachet.
