Tear-Away Package for Fragrance Impregnated Wafer
A fragrance compound impregnated porous carrier enclosed within an envelope where a tear initiating feature of the envelope is aligned with a trimmed portion of the porous carrier, to thereby prevent a tear in the envelope from inducing a tear in the porous carrier.
Packaging sheet, and packaging container and packaging method using the packaging sheet
Provided are a packaging sheet and a packaging container where it is unnecessary to paste a printed label and disappearance or color development due to friction or the like after thermal printing do not occur. The packaging sheet includes a heat seal layer 10 for thermally welding by heating, a heat-sensitive layer 40 including a color developing material that develops a color by heating, and a base material layer 70 that secures the strength and protects the heat-sensitive layer 40. The heat seal layer 10, the heat-sensitive layer 40, and the base material layer 70 are provided in this order from a back surface side in a thickness direction. The packaging sheet is transparent before the heat-sensitive layer 40 develops the color.

Fragrance sampler insert
A fragrance sampler is provided which is made from a bottom ply and a top ply of material and an applicator. A cosmetic sample, such as a wet fragrance, is deposited on the bottom ply. An absorbent applicator attaches to the top ply. The applicator collects a portion from the sample and then applies the portion for testing. A well is formed in at least one of the plies and is sized and shaped to surround the sample. An applicator joins to the other ply and fits within the well. The two plies are then adhered together to form a liquid tight seal between the plies and around the well.

A PACKAGING UNIT FOR HYGIENE ARTICLES
A packaging unit for hygiene articles and a method for producing the same. The packaging unit is formed from a sheet of material having an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface has an edge zone. The sheet has at least one folding axis and the folding axis divides the sheet into a first region and a second region. The sheet may be folded along the folding axes with the first and second regions in an overlapping configuration, and at least a part of the edge zone is provided with microencapsulated adhesive.
Methods of sealing flexible containers with expansion materials
In methods of making disposable, flexible containers for fluent products, methods of sealing the flexible containers when such containers include expansion materials, are disclosed. The methods include forming a partially completed container blank that has layers of flexible materials. The layered structure includes a first space for a fluent product, and a second space for an expansion material. The methods of sealing the flexible containers include adding an expansion material into the second space and pressing parts of at least some of the layers together to close off the second space.
