People facing emergencies, such as disasters, may not receive external assistance in a timely manner, instead having to rely on themselves for critical or extended periods. A system including emergency response containers providing both for organizational structure, including a method of assigning roles to available individuals, and task domain knowledge for organizational elements, namely the people facing and experiencing the emergency, allows for organic emergency response and eases transition to and effectiveness of external professional emergency response providers. In some embodiments the system is modular and adjustable for different situations.

According to the present utility model, the inner container can be conveniently replaced, thereby effectively saving costs and conforming to the idea of energy conservation and environmental protection.
Multi chamber flexible bag and methods of using same
A method of preparing a pharmaceutical product in a single multiple chamber flexible bag. A pharmaceutical product is introduced in a liquid state into a first chamber of the flexible bag through a first port. The pharmaceutical product is lyophilized within the first chamber of the flexible bag to provide a lyophilized pharmaceutical product. The flexible bag has a second chamber and the first chamber and the second chamber are separated by a breakable seal. The second chamber further includes a reconstituting solution for reconstituting the lyophilized pharmaceutical product in the first chamber. A user may apply pressure to the flexible bag to break the seal and mix the lyophilized pharmaceutical product and the reconstituting solution to order to administer the pharmaceutical product to a patient.

An intermediate cavity (25) is defined inside the first outer package, but outside the second inner package. The first and second WVTR-values are balanced in such a way that the relative humidity (RH) is below 90% in the intermediate cavity. This prevents condensation on the inner surface of the first outer package and on the outer surface of the second inner package.

The container assembly includes a support structure to support a plurality of removable containers. The containers are closed by a cover and sealed by perimeter seals. In illustrated embodiments, the cover includes a plurality of raised or dome shaped portions to provide interior head room for content in the containers. In embodiments described, the perimeter seals are formed of a gasket layer or bands and the support structure includes a support tray and container box.
