A shipping box system and method are provided in which a shipping box has a container having a bottom surface and a plurality of walls, the container walls forming a perimeter about a container cavity. The shipping box further has a lid having a top surface and walls, the lid walls forming a perimeter about a lid cavity. The box further provides a sensor module for determining a physical location and orientation of the container, a computations module for evaluating data retrieved from the sensor module, and a locking assembly for locking the container and the lid in a closed configuration. The container and the lid are sized to nest, such that when the lid is fixed to the container, the container cavity and the lid cavity occupy substantially the same space and the container walls and the lid walls overlap.

A smoking articles storage box includes an outer container having a base portion and a lid portion; a first storage layer element, arranged within the base portion at a lower level; and at least one higher-level element removably arranged within the base portion at a higher level; wherein the first storage layer element includes a first contact edge at one side and a second contact edge at the opposite side thereof, and wherein the first and second contact edges form support elements for the at least one higher-level element within the storage box 1.

A support member system is described for association with an overhead transport system. The support member system provides a safety feature to the overhead transport system by which the overhead transport system is able to avoid damage to wafers that are contained within a wafer cassette that is unintentionally released by the overhead transport system. The support member system is able to prevent such released cassettes from impacting the ground or tools located under the overhead transport system. The support member system targets wafer cassettes that have dimensions which are different than the dimensions of wafer cassettes for which the overhead transport system was originally designed to transport. Stocker systems for receiving, storing and delivering different types of wafer cassettes are also described.

A manufacturing apparatus of an environmental paper protective bag includes a planar structure manufacturing device including an inner layer unreeling module, an outer layer unreeling module and an inner-core layer unreeling module for unreeling multi-layer paper material, the unreeled multi-layer paper material superimposed, and arranged on a working platform to be transmitted along a conveying direction thereof; a tension adjusting device configured to adjust tension of the multi-layer paper material, a stretching module configured to stretch paper that has been die-cut into a network three-dimensional structure, a plurality of first gluing modules configured to glue bonding positions of the multi-layer paper material to join the multi-layer paper material together, a first press-fit module configured to press the bonding positions of glued multi-layer paper material to form a planar structure, which can solve a technical problem that conventional production equipments can't produce a protective bag with an inner-core layer.

A packaging material including one or more expandable layers that provide protection to contents of a packaging enclosure formed with the packaging material. The packaging material includes at least a first layer and a second layer bonded to one another. The first layer is pulled or extended in a first direction that is effective to cause the second layer to expand in a second direction. The second layer is a cut-patterned layer which creates structural strength in the packaging material when expanded.

A packaging material including one or more expandable layers that provide protection to contents of a packaging enclosure formed with the packaging material. The packaging material includes at least a first layer and a second layer bonded to one another. The expansion chambers can be inflated or otherwise expanded to provide structure to the package and to protect the article in the article reservoir. An air delivery barrel system is described, the air delivery barrel system includes a strap system that provides line stretch of the strap system when a force is exerted on the strap system, the strap system including a continuous strap, a first barrel, the first barrel being formed out of a cylindrically shaped wall and the cylindrically shaped wall including a channel that the strap system passes through, an end cap, the end cap being detachably connectable to a bottom end of the first barrel, the end cap protecting a bottom portion of the strap system, a lid, the lid being detachably connectable to a top end of the first barrel, the lid including a recess through which the strap system passes through, and a second barrel that can be situated within the first barrel and the cylindrically shaped wall of the first barrel protects the second barrel.
