Accommodating body, buffering material, method for manufacturing buffering material, and buffering material manufacturing apparatus
An accommodating body includes: a first accommodating body that has a first bottom portion; and a first buffering material that has a first pressure receiving surface coming into contact with an accommodated article accommodated in the first accommodating body and that has at least one first sheet-shaped web that contains fibers and a bonding material that bonds the fibers, and in which in the first sheet-shaped web, the fibers are oriented in a plane direction of the first sheet-shaped web, and the first buffering material is used in an orientation with which an end surface of the first sheet-shaped web serves as the first pressure receiving surface.
PALLET
A pallet includes: a top plate that has a rectangular shape and that is to be loaded with a load object; multiple blocks that are disposed at a multiple locations including four corners of the top plate and that support the top plate from below; and a bottom plate that is disposed such that the multiple blocks are placed on the bottom plate. The top plate has a long side and a short side. Blocks included in the multiple blocks and disposed at the corners of the top plate each has a long side and a short side. The long side of each of the blocks included in the multiple blocks and disposed at the corners of the top plate is disposed along the short side of the top plate.

A supporter includes: a first plate portion having a placement surface on which a support object is to be placed; a second plate portion that transmits downward a weight of the support object placed on the placement surface; a left third plate portion that is disposed between the first plate portion and the second plate portion and that extends diagonally in a direction such that a lower part thereof is separated further leftward; and a right third plate portion that is disposed between the first plate portion and the second plate portion on a right side of the left third plate portion and that extends diagonally in a direction such that a lower part thereof is separated further rightward.

A supporter includes: a first plate; a second plate that stands erect from a first edge of the first plate, and changes an angle between the second plate and the first plate when elastically deformed upon receipt of a load; a third plate that extends in a direction away from the first plate from a second edge of the second plate on a higher side, and changes an angle between the third plate and the second plate when elastically deformed upon receipt of a load; a fourth plate that stands erect and extends from a third edge of the third plate on a side away from the first plate, and reduces an angle between the fourth plate and the third plate when elastically deformed upon receipt of a load; and a support portion that is continuous with an upper portion of the fourth plate and supports a to-be-supported object.
HMS PP FOAM SHEET WITH GOOD COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH AND RECOVERABILITY
The present invention relates to a foamed sheet consisting of a polypropylene composition comprising at least 85 wt. %, e.g. from 85 to 99.5 wt.-%, of a high melt strength polypropylene (HMS-PP) and 0.5 to 15 wt. % of a nucleating agent (NA), wherein the foamed sheet has a thickness of below 0.5 mm or a thickness of 2.0 mm or more. The present invention further relates to a foamed material consisting of a polypropylene composition as well as the use of a polypropylene composition comprising at least 85 wt. %, e.g. from 85 to 99.5 wt.-%, of a high melt strength polypropylene (HMS-PP) and 0.5 to 15 wt. % of a nucleating agent (NA) for producing foamed material.
PANEL PACKAGING TRAY
A panel packaging tray includes a packaging case including a sidewall which defines a receiving section in which a display panel is accommodated and a plurality of supports disposed on an inside surface of the sidewall, where the supports guide a position of the display panel on a plane crossing the inside surface. A supporter of the supports includes a fixing unit coupled with the sidewall and a buffer unit disposed between the fixing unit and the display panel. The buffer unit includes a straight portion, a corner portion, and a curved portion located between the straight portion and the corner portion, based on a direction parallel to the plane. A curvature of a curved surface included in the curved portion is determined by a maximum tilt angle by which the display panel is allowed to be tilted in a state of being accommodated in the receiving section.
Protective Bottle Enclosure
A protective bottle enclosure for removably enclosing a bottle having a bottleneck ending in an open mouth. The enclosure includes a base section, a body, and a removable cap. The base section includes a cylindrical base sidewall secured to a perimeter of a base bottom wall and an open top. The body can removably engage the base section to cover the open top thereof. The removable cap includes a cap sidewall and a stopper that can removably engage the open mouth of the bottle. The stopper includes a stopper body and an annular ring extending radially outward from the stopper body. In use, the protective bottle enclosure can surround the bottle and seal the open mouth of the bottle when the base section is engaged with the body and the removable cap is engaged with the neck section.
Protective Bottle Enclosure
A protective bottle enclosure for removably enclosing a bottle having a bottleneck ending in an open mouth. The enclosure includes a base section, a body, and a removable cap. The base section includes a cylindrical base sidewall secured to a perimeter of a base bottom wall and an open top. The body can removably engage the base section to cover the open top thereof. The removable cap includes a cap sidewall and a stopper that can removably engage the open mouth of the bottle. The stopper includes a stopper body and an annular ring extending radially outward from the stopper body. In use, the protective bottle enclosure can surround the bottle and seal the open mouth of the bottle when the base section is engaged with the body and the removable cap is engaged with the neck section.
Package including folding sheet members
A package includes a main body and an impact buffer rib. The main body is configured to form a storage space to accommodate a packaged object. The impact buffer rib is disposed on a side of the main body and outside the storage space. The impact buffer rib includes root portions and a central portion. The root portions are both end portions of the impact buffer rib, couple to the main body, and have a first height. The central portion is between the root portions and has a second height larger than the first height.
Transportable active cooling container
A transportable enclosure can include a housing, a power source, a container, an evaporator, a condenser, a compressor, and a controller. The container can be configured to receive a temperature sensitive item therein. The evaporator can be disposed at least partially around the container. The condenser can be positioned near a wall of the housing and can be configured to reject heat from the evaporator to an ambient environment through the wall of the housing.
