Impact-protection device capable of being provided on a bottle
A device for protecting against shocks for a glass bottle is presented, having a body, a bottom and a distal portion successively comprising from the body, a shoulder, a collar and a neck, said device comprising a first cup engaging with the bottom and a second cup engaging with the shoulder, each of the cups having a projecting portion for damping shocks, along a transversal plane, beyond a zone of a larger diameter of the bottle. The projecting portion of at least one from among the first and the second cups includes a plurality of damping pads spaced apart from one another.
Anti-vibration pallet
Proposed is an anti-vibration pallet. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to an anti-vibration pallet that is capable of realizing an effect of an air spring by using only a combination of an auxiliary mount and a main mount that are formed of elastic bodies provided between an upper plate and a lower plate, and is also capable of maximizing an anti-vibration performance by controlling an optimal anti-vibration load according to a cargo load. In order to achieve the objectives described above, the present disclosure includes: an upper plate on which cargo is loaded on a top portion thereof; a lower plate positioned below the upper plate; a main mount installed between the lower plate and the upper plate; and an auxiliary mount installed outside the main mount.
Reusable packing for consumer goods in transit
A package for protecting consumer goods from damage in transit is provided. Such package is defined by a sheet material, such as recycled polyethylene terephthalate felt and other recycled plastics. Edges of the sheet of material are bonded to form a package defining an open top end configured to receive fragile consumer goods therethrough. Means for cinching the open top end around or about the goods, either partially or completely are provided. The sheet of material may define some thickness that provides padding or cushioning between any item stored with the package and any items outside of it. It is contemplated that the packaging may be reused indefinitely to protect items such as glass bottles and others from damage which might otherwise occur between the point of sale and its intended destination.
HOUSING FOR A FLEXIBLE CONTAINER
An arrangement includes a housing and a flexible container. The flexible container is arranged in the housing and filled with a medicine or another liquid which occurs in a pharmaceutical production process. The housing is at least partially lined with an elastic foam configured to compensate for an increase in volume of the flexible container that occurs upon freezing.
PROTECTIVE PRODUCTS SUCH AS ENVELOPES HAVING A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF INTERIOR PADDING OF EXPANDED SLIT SHEET PAPER AND EXTERIOR LINING OF EMOSSED PAPER
A protective product, such as, e.g., an envelope or pouch, is provided that includes at least one expanded slit paper sheet in an expanded state, and an embossed paper sheet facing the expanded slit paper sheet and fixed to the expanded slit paper sheet along at least a portion of a length in an expansion direction of the expanded slit sheet paper. In the preferred embodiments, the embossed paper sheet has a plurality of embossings that increase the rigidity of the embossed paper sheet, thereby inhibiting deformation of the embossed paper sheet that is fixed to the expanded slit sheet paper.
NATURAL FIBER-BASED INSULATED PANEL AND TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED SHIPPING SYSTEM
A natural fiber-based insulating panel system to facilitate shipping. One or more natural fiber-based panels are inserted into the interior of a shipping container to encapsulate the payload, or on the exterior of the shipping container to encapsulate the shipping container and payload. A film or membrane may encapsulate one or more of the insulating panels. Micro perforations may be present in the membrane to facilitate the capture of moisture from the interior.
PALLET WITH GRIPPER ASSEMBLY
A pallet, including a support platform having an upper end and a lower end opposite the upper end, and a vertical axis extending between the upper end and the lower end. The pallet also including a gripper assembly secured to the support platform, the gripper assembly including at least three discrete and spaced-apart tracks, each track extending out from the vertical axis and supporting a gripper finger operable to move along the track between a first position and a second position, the second position being farther from the vertical axis than the first position. Wherein each gripper finger is configured to extend out above the upper end of the support platform in each of the first position and the second position.
Protective bottle enclosure
A bottle enclosure for holding a longneck bottle having a top, neck, shoulder, and main body. The bottle enclosure can include an upper portion configured to fit around the neck, shoulder, and main body of the longneck bottle, a cap removably coupled to an upper end of the upper portion and configured to fit over the top of the longneck bottle, and a base portion removably coupled to a bottom end of the upper portion. An elastomeric component can be arranged on an interior surface of one or both of the upper portion or the base portion.

Packing device
A packing device includes an object to be packed, a packing box, and a cushioning part arranged between the object to be packed and an inner wall of the packing box. The cushioning part is formed of first to fourth cushioning elements assembled together. The cushioning part in an assembled state can be disassembled by having the first to fourth cushioning elements move in a direction of disassembly. The second cushioning element and the third cushioning element forming the cushioning part have a multilayer structure formed of plate-like members stacked on each other. The first to fourth cushioning elements forming the cushioning part are in contact with the object to be packed or the inner wall of the packing box and thus have their movement in the direction of disassembly regulated.
