Dental prosthesis with threaded crown on post and core
A dental prosthesis with a threaded crown on a post and core includes a dental implant, a post and core having a portion adapted to be inserted into the implant and another portion protruding from the implant, a screw and a crown, the implant being adapted to be fixed to a bone and the post and core being adapted to be fixed to the implant with a thread, the crown being fixed to the post and core with the screw, wherein the post and core provides a connection element between the implant and the crown, a separation area being provided between the area where the post and core is housed in the crown and the area where the post and core is housed in the implant, and wherein the portion of the post and core protruding from the implant does not feature a diameter increase.

DENTAL RESTORATION AND METHOD OF FORMING THEREOF
A method of forming a dental restoration for a tooth having an outer surface includes acquiring a first three-dimensional representation representative of the outer surface of the tooth; generating a design of a first part of the dental restoration based on the first three-dimensional representation of the tooth; forming the first part of the dental restoration; preparing the tooth to form a prepared tooth while forming the first part of the dental restoration; obtaining a second three-dimensional representation of the prepared tooth; generating a design of a second part of the dental restoration based on at least the second three-dimensional representation of the prepared tooth; merging the design of the second part of the dental restoration to the first part of the dental restoration; and forming the second part of the dental restoration.
Biocompatible Enamel-Dentin Single-Component Adhesives
A dental material having at least one copolymer obtained by (I) copolymerizing one or more monomers M.sub.G having a polymerizable (meth)acrylate group, one or more OH group-containing (meth)acrylates M.sub.F, one or more strongly acidic adhesive monomers M.sub.H and optionally of one or more polymerizable carboxylic acid monomers M.sub.CS, (II) reacting the resulting copolymer A.sub.0 in a polymer-analogous reaction with a functionalized, radically polymerizable monomer M.sub.P, which reacts with the OH groups of the monomer M.sub.F in the polymer chain of A.sub.0 to form a copolymer A.sub.P having pendant polymerizable groups, and (III) neutralizing the copolymer A.sub.p with a base. The material is particularly suitable as a dental adhesive.

DENTAL COMPOSITIONS AND RELATED METHODS OF USE
Dental compositions (e.g., adhesives, cements, primers, sealants, and etchants) and related methods of use are disclosed herein. The dental compositions can include diamond particles. The diamond particles can have an average size of below 10 microns. In some instances, the dental adhesives can act as a one-part dental adhesive, and can be configured to remove portions of the smear layer and act as an adhesive or bonding agent.

Affixing an artificial element to a surface of dentine, enamel, bone, or a corresponding substitute material
A medical method of affixing an element to a surface of dentine, tooth enamel, bone tissue, or corresponding substitute material. The method includes the steps of: providing an attachment composition, the attachment composition having a mixture of: a thermoplastic component; and a hardenable (for example curable) component. The hardenable component is different from the thermoplastic component. The method further includes the steps of: positioning the attachment composition relative to the surface of dentine, tooth enamel, bone tissue, or corresponding substitute material; and activating the attachment composition to attach to the surface or to attach to the element positioned relative to the surface. The step of activating the attachment composition includes activating the attachment composition by means of mechanical vibration.
