SEALED CONTAINER FOR DISPENSING CONSUMER GOODS
A container for consumer goods is provided, including a housing to receive a plurality of consumer goods and including an aperture to dispense consumer goods from the housing. First and second sealing flaps extend across the aperture and are biased towards each other to form a seal across the aperture for sealing the plurality of consumer goods within the housing. The container includes a dispensing mechanism to dispense the plurality of consumer goods through the aperture when activated by a consumer, the dispensing mechanism configured so that actuation of the dispensing mechanism advances one of the consumer goods between the first and second sealing flaps and through the aperture. The first and second sealing flaps are configured so that they are biased towards each other after each of the consumer goods is dispensed so that the consumer goods remaining in the housing are re-sealed within the container.

A dispensing apparatus includes a single-piece body, first channel, second channel, guidewire, and outlet. The single-piece body has an open end and a closed end. The first channel and second channel are within the body. The first and second channels share a sidewall and the first channel is defined by the open end. The first channel and the second channel are fully enclosed and do not include clips. The guidewire is disposed within the first and second channels. A cross sectional shape of the first and second channels includes a flat portion defining the sidewall shared between the first and second channels, a seat for the guidewire to slide upon, a first ramp, and a second ramp. The first ramp and the second ramp are configured to direct the guidewire toward the seat. The outlet port is disposed directly at the open end and has a cross sectional shape transitioning directly from the cross sectional shape of the first channel to a circular cross sectional shape of the outlet port.

A twist-tie dispenser comprises a twist-tie cluster and a base. The base includes a top portion, a rear wall extending downward from the top portion, and an open front. A latching structure for removably mounting the base to a fixture is defined at least in part by a first hook-like extension protruding from the rear wall of the base, the first hook-like extension defining a pocket formed by an upper stop surface and a vertical retention surface, the latching structure also defined at least in part by a flexible portion of the rear wall that is configured to elastically deflect through a cut-out provided on the rear wall in a direction from the rear wall toward the open front when a rod-like mounting structure of the fixture is inserted into the pocket of the first hook-like extension, the flexible portion also defining a lower stop surface that opposes the upper stop surface of the first hook-like extension when the rod-like mounting structure is within the pocket and is captured between the lower stop surface and the upper stop surface.

A twist-tie dispenser comprises a twist-tie cluster and a base. The base includes a top portion, a rear wall extending downward from the top portion, and an open front. A bulk rivet container can include a cover and an adjacent RFID tag, and the cover can be moveable between a closed position and an open position. A cover exterior can have an opening recess. A peripheral side of the container can include an orienting protrusion and a container locking recess. The container can be designed to cooperate with a transfer cabinet having a rivet entry passage closable by a cabinet cover to which an RFID reader is coupled. The cabinet can have a locking protrusion and an opening protrusion oriented about the cabinet entry passage. The orienting protrusion, the container locking recess, and the container opening recess can be designed to be simultaneously couplable with the orienting recess, the container locking protrusion, and the container opening protrusion, respectively, while the RFID tag is simultaneously readable by the RFID reader.
TWIST-TIE DISPENSING ASSEMBLY
A twist-tie dispensing assembly for dispensing of loose twist-ties in bulk form comprises a base defining a rear wall and an open front, wherein a flexible portion of the rear wall is configured to elastically deflect through a cut-out provided on the rear wall in a direction from the rear wall toward the open front. A box is mounted to the base, the box defining a back wall and a storage compartment configured to hold twist-ties, the back wall of the base defining a slot exposing the storage compartment to an exterior of the box, wherein the slot is configured to receive at least partially the flexible portion of the rear wall of the base from the exterior of the box toward the storage compartment when the box is mounted to the base.

A package holding acupuncture needles comprises a packaging tray having a needle supporting board with positioning groves defined thereon for securely supporting and positioning acupuncture needles therein; a moveable headrest pivotably attached to an end of the packaging tray; a plurality of acupuncture needles each including an elongate needle body securely received in the corresponding groove, and having a shank extending into the moveable headrest, each of the acupuncture needles including a collapsible film jacket enveloped on the elongate needle body; a sealing bag enveloping the packaging tray and the moveable headrest with the acupuncture needles thereon; and when the sealing bag is removed from the packaging tray, the moveable headrest can be rotated between a horizontal position and a substantial vertical position to support the packaging tray in a way that the shanks of the acupuncture are exposed for being readily retrieved from the packaging tray.
