SHIPPING CONTAINER FOR PACKAGING FRANGIBLE PRODUCTS

The purpose of the claimed invention is to have a protective internal structure using multiple corrugated paperboard inserts that will fit into a RSC (regular slotted container) case. These inserts and the internal structure that it creates, enable a user to ship their product via common or contract carrier without damage to the user's product.

This substrate storage container comprises: a lid body-side substrate support part which is capable of supporting an edge part of a substrate when the substrate storage container is closed; a depth-side substrate support part which is disposed so as to form a pair with the lid body-side substrate support part and is capable of supporting the edge part of the substrate; and a substrate edge part auxiliary part which is disposed at a portion opposing a substrate storage space when the substrate storage container is closed, and in which are formed a plurality of auxiliary grooves having an opening that is wider than the thickness of the edge part of the substrate so that the edge part of the substrate can be inserted therein. The auxiliary grooves each have opposing groove forming surfaces, and an edge part of one of a plurality of the substrates is inserted into each auxiliary groove when the container is closed. The edge part of the substrate is inserted into the auxiliary groove in a non-contact state in which a space is formed between the edge part of the substrate and the groove forming surfaces and the edge part of the substrate is not contacting the groove forming surfaces when the container is closed.

Beverage container packaging

A beverage container packing assembly includes a bottom tray defining a plurality of first compartments. The first compartments receive a first portion of a beverage container. The bottom tray includes first support columns. The beverage container packing assembly includes a center support defining through holes. The through holes receive a second portion of a beverage container therethrough. The center support includes second support columns configured to stack on the first support columns. The center support is configured to accommodate a thermo pack between a first row and a second row of the through holes. The beverage container packing assembly includes a top tray defining second compartments. The second compartments to receive a third portion of a beverage container therein.

BUFFERING INFLATABLE PACKAGING BAG

A buffering inflatable packaging bag includes a containing part and an isolating part that are composed of an inflatable plastic capsule; a containing cavity of containing part is folded by the inflatable plastic capsule along a length direction of a bar-shaped inflatable chamber, and a folded portion is sealed along both sides of the inflatable plastic capsule; a circle of a first thermally sealing line is provided at one end of containing part distal from the opening of containing part; one end of isolating part is provided on one side of the opening of containing part. The packaging has a low cost and simplified processing. One product can package and fix the body and the accessories simultaneously, thereby avoiding the breakage of inner package. The accessories can be placed above the body, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the intensity of pressure is excessive to cause damage to the body/accessories.
