Disclosed is a packaging sheet for packaging of cheese, in particular white moulded soft cheese. The packaging sheet comprises: an inner surface and an outer surface of the packaging sheet, said inner surface being configured for facing the cheese in a packaged use position of the packaging sheet; a paper layer with a first surface and a second surface; a coloured layer provided on a first surface of the paper layer, an outer surface of the coloured layer establishing said outer surface of the packaging sheet; and a polymer layer with a water vapour transmission rate of at least 300 g/m2/24 hours at 38° C. and 90% atmospheric humidity. The polymer layer being coated on the second surface of the paper layer with a first surface of the polymer layer facing the paper layer and a second surface of the polymer layer establishing said inner surface of the packaging sheet.

BINDING WRAP AND METHOD FOR HYDRATING CUT FLOWERS

A binding wrap for maintaining the hydration of cut flowers is disclosed. The wrap is formed by folding a flexible, absorbent sheet over and around the stems of cut flowers. An assembly of a bouquet of cut flowers with a flexible, absorbent binding wrap folded around its stems is also disclosed as is a method of forming such a wrap.

Various embodiments relating to insulated and ventilated shellfish storage, for transport for example, are disclosed. An insulated container includes a bottom and walls defining an interior space to accommodate live shellfish. A CO.sub.2 handling feature to handle CO.sub.2 that is released into the interior space by the live shellfish is also provided. The CO.sub.2 handling feature could include, for example, a ventilated wall having a vent at a location toward the bottom of the insulated container, CO.sub.2 scrubbing, a CO.sub.2 accumulation structure to accumulate CO.sub.2 below the live shellfish, and/or a ventilated wall substantially parallel to the bottom to divide the interior space into an animal section to accommodate the live shellfish and a CO.sub.2 accumulation section to accumulate CO.sub.2. Embodiments are based on a discovery by the inventor that CO.sub.2 is a limiting factor for storage time of crustaceans out of water.
