CONTAINER FOR STORAGE OF MOLTEN MATERIAL FROM AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITY AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A container for storage of molten material from an industrial facility, and method of manufacture thereof, is provided to maximize internal volume of the container while providing structural stability. The container includes walls having rounded convex-shaped edges at each wall junction. A first head is connected to the walls at a first end of the container, and a second head closes the second end of the container. The second head is connected to the walls at a second end of the container. Corners are defined at the intersection of the walls with the first head and second head at the first end and the second end respectively. A first flange is connected to the first head to receive molten material, and the first head is shaped as a tapered shoulder to smoothly transition from the first flange to the junction of the walls.
ADHESIVE CARTRIDGE
The present disclosure provides an adhesive cartridge for an automated brick laying machine, the adhesive cartridge comprising a bladder for the adhesive, a shell for the bladder, the shell comprising an aperture therethrough, and at least one valve assembly for controlling adhesive flow, the valve assembly comprising a valve body, at least a portion of which extends through the aperture and into the shell. Also disclosed is a method for assembling the adhesive cartridge, a method of filling the adhesive cartridge and an automated bricklaying machine having a bricklaying and adhesive applying head incorporating the adhesive cartridge.
Sealant packaging and method
An improved sealant packaging and method for use with sealing joints and cracks in pavement and parking lots is provided. Liquid sealant material is poured by volume into a container draped with a sheet. Container is cooled so that the sealant becomes a solid block, with the sheet adhered to the sides of the sealant block such that the sheet forms a container for the sealant. The sheet also acts a release liner for easily removing the sealant block from the container. Two or more contained blocks are stacked together, forming a package of two or more blocks self-sealed by sheets. When the package is placed in a melting kettle, heat migrates through the spaces between the individual sealant blocks and allows the smaller sealant blocks to melt quickly and evenly. Sheet and film melt with sealant material and are incorporated therein to form the final sealant product.
Packaged raw cannabis powder
A raw cannabis powder is formed and packaged for convenient and low-cost access to raw cannabis. First, raw cannabis material having a pre-determined ratio of cannabinoids is collected. Next, the raw cannabis material is dried. Next, the dried raw cannabis material is grinded to obtain a finely ground powder. Next, the raw cannabis powder is packaged into a container. High concentrate cannabis extract is optionally added to increase potency of cannabinoids. Instructions are provided that instruct a consumer on amounts and types of cannabinoids, dosing and serving sizes for consuming the powder in its raw non-decarboxylated form, dosing and serving sizes for a decarboxylated (heated) version of the powder, and how to decarboxylate the cannabinoids within the powder. A consumer purchases the container of raw cannabis powder and adds the raw cannabis powder to food or beverages, consumes the powder directly, or decarboxylates the powder and consumes the decarboxylated powder.
Sanitation system
A sanitation system includes a casing member having a top opening and a closed bottom and sidewalls that extend from the top opening to the closed bottom to form an interior compartment. The interior compartment is configured to receive a plunging instrument. The sanitation system may further include a container that holds the plunging instrument and the casing member. The container includes a vertical extension that extends vertically upward from the bottom of the container to be inserted within a bottom portion of the casing member and a cavity of the plunging instrument. Free ends of the casing member extend radially outward from the bottom of the container.
CLOSED-HEAD DRUM WITH LINER, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a closed-head drum (10) with inserted thin-walled inliner (22) of multilayer plastic film for storing and transporting liquid or free-flowing filling materials. In order to improve the use of liners in closed-head drums, and to facilitate in particular the handling for the users such as the filling and emptying operators, so as to allow the closed-head drum (10) with liner (22) to be handled in precisely the same way as a closed-head drum without a liner, the present invention provides for the liner surface to adhere, or be adhesively bonded in a detachable manner, to the inner wall of the drum by virtue of a vacuum being created in the intermediate air space between the inner wall of the drum and liner surface and by thermal activation by means of hot air injection into the interior of the inliner.
DISPENSING DEVICE, DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING POWDER
A dispensing device for dispensing a powder preferably from a closed container, the device including a first side, a second side, a powder passage extending through the device and being configured to transfer powder from the first side to the second side, and a ventilation passage extending through the device and being configured to transfer ambient air from the second side to the first side, where the ventilation passage has a first passage length from the surface of the second side up to its ventilation opening and, the powder passage has a second passage length from the surface of the second side up to its powder opening, where the first passage length is larger than the second passage length.
Chemical liquid, chemical liquid storage body, pattern forming method, and kit
An object of the present invention is to provide a chemical liquid which makes it possible to form a thinner resist film having a uniform thickness on a substrate by using a small amount of resist composition and demonstrates excellent defect inhibition performance. Another object of the present invention is to provide a pattern forming method. A chemical liquid of the present invention contains a mixture of two or more kinds of organic solvents and an impurity metal containing one kind of element selected from the group consisting of Fe, Cr, Ni, and Pb, in which a vapor pressure of the mixture is 50 to 1,420 Pa at 25° C., in a case where the chemical liquid contains one kind of the impurity metal, a content of the impurity metal in the chemical liquid is 0.001 to 100 mass ppt, and in a case where the chemical liquid contains two or more kinds of the impurity metals, a content of each of the impurity metals in the chemical liquid is 0.001 to 100 mass ppt.
METALLIC SHARPS INSTRUMENT ORGANIZER AND METHOD OF USE
An organizer for a plurality of metallic objects has a nonmetallic housing and a magnetic core. The nonmetallic housing has opposing top and bottom external surfaces. A ridge projects from a periphery of the top external surface. The magnetic core attracts metal towards the geometric center of the top external surface and towards the ridge at the periphery of the top external surface. In some implementations, portions of the magnetic field attract metal in the directions: (i) perpendicular to the geometric center of the top external surface; (ii) outward from the geometric center of the top external surface; and (iii) toward the ridge on the top external surface. Implementations have the magnetic core with a square cross section and north and south poles separated by a distance substantially less than the width of the substantially square cross section, and with its magnetic field in the shape of a torus.
FIREWOOD TRANSPORT & STORAGE ASSEMBLY
A reusable container for storage, transport, and sale of firewood. The container has a rectangular floor panel supporting a plurality of vertically disposed wall panels. The wall panels are connected at a first end to the base so as to provide a container having an open top for loading firewood into the container. One or more handles are secured to a second end of one or more wall panels and a closure mechanism is provided for closing a portion of the second end of one or more of the wall panels around the firewood in the container. The container is a reusable container.
