Fully automated cement horizontal storage
The present invention is a new method to efficiently reclaim cement from a horizontal warehouse. This new reclaiming method combines a mechanical cement reclaiming machine, together with a reduced amount of open air slides. Material is fluidized through a porous media with low pressure air. Material flow is achieved by sloping the Air slide conveyor to match the fluidized angle of repose of the powdered material. Further, the present invention introduces a conveying system, comprising a cascade of open and enclosed air slides and elevator machines, to convey the cement from the reclaiming area to a dispatch hopper. The introduction of these components, together with cement stacking and dispatch systems, is a Fully Automated Cement Horizontal Storage system and method.
Roof for a modular shipping container
A roof for a modular shipping container is provided. The modular shipping container includes a first end wall, a second end wall, a first side wall, and a second side wall. The roof includes a roof sheet having a top surface and defining a first end, a second end, a first side, and a second side. The roof further includes a pair of skid plate assembles. One of the pair of skid plate assembles is arranged along the first side of the roof sheet, and the other of the pair of skid plate assemblies is arranged along the second side of the roof sheet. The pair of skid plate assemblies partially extend over the top surface of the roof sheet. The roof sheet is formed of a unitary piece of material.
Modular conveyance system
A conveyance system (10) including: a conveyor having a frame (22) connectable to a drive unit; and a shipping container (12) having a base (16), a top wall (14), two opposing side walls (18) and two opposing end walls (20), wherein the conveyor is fixed within the shipping container (12) in an assembled state.
Specialized container for the storing of granulated raw materials and operations support base
The present invention corresponds to materials storage devices; specifically to a specialized container for the storing of granulated raw materials and its operations support base; which has been created in response to the need of storing granulated raw materials, preferably silica meant to be used in, preferably but not limited to, petroleum wells; and which is fitted with specific modifications that facilitate both the loading and discharge of said raw materials in a shorter time lapse than that displayed by conventional technologies. The invention's preferred configuration contemplates the setting up of three containers on top of the operations support base.
BULK MATERIAL SHIPPING CONTAINER UNLOADER
A bulk material shipping container unloader having an expandable supporter, a pallet receiver supported by the extendable supporter, and a material director supported by the pallet receiver.
Wheeled trailer sandwich structure including grooved outer sheet
A sandwich structure employs a core sheet including alternating peaks and valleys therein, and at least one outer face sheet including grooves or ribs therein. In another aspect, a sandwich structure includes at least one core and at least one adhesively bonded outer face sheet including elongated grooves or ribs formed therein. Yet another aspect of a sandwich structure has raised ridges bridging between adjacent peaks in a core sheet in one direction but not in a perpendicular direction, which synergistically interface, engage or contact with grooves or ribs formed in an outer face sheet.

Method of delivering, transporting, and storing proppant for delivery and use at a well site
A method of delivering proppant to a well site has the steps of transporting a load of proppant in a vessel to a desired location, moving the load of proppant from the vessel into a container so as to create a proppant-loaded container, unloading the proppant-loaded container into a pneumatic bulk trailer, and transporting the unloaded proppant in the pneumatic bulk trailer to well site. The container is placed onto a bed of a truck and moved in proximity to the vessel. The proppant-loaded container is placed onto a tilting mechanism and then tilted so that the proppant is discharged through a flow gate of a container into a hopper. The proppant in the hopper can then be conveyed to the pneumatic bulk trailer.
Tank closure apparatus
A tank and closure cap apparatus is disclosed. The tank has an upper end or top with a manhole like larger diameter opening that can be closed with a lid having a smaller diameter opening equipped with an outlet fitting. A specially configured shroud protectively covers the lid clamp and is secured with a closure cap that seals the outlet fitting.
